10-4-2014 Intel Guru TD My Kurdish friend indicates…FIRST…He says that any change in monetary policy will be voiced through the CBI, the country’s guardian and executioner of such actions and will be in the form of a worldwide article as well as update showing on their website. So far nothing like that has occurred. SECOND) He states that PARTIAL or INCOMPLETE actions showing privilege to some and not others would set off a worldwide & endless hornets nest of litigation that mankind has never seen in history. 10-4-2014 Intel Guru TD We do know that the NEW 10K note has been out almost now couple months and is being exchanged throughout Iraq. This note has new security features and will also be followed by ( also NEW security enhanced features) 5K, 25K and the all new 50K notes. A few weeks back the CBI released a (rehashed article) of this intention BUT just the fact that they already introduced into the marketplace the NEW 10K note is proof that they do mean what they stated THIS TIME . I’m told that the other notes are in production and expected also to be introduced into the marketplace during the last quarter of this year, perhaps in the new year to kick off 2015 as a year of change and promise. THE PTB’s in Iraq all adjourned and went home couple days ago and there is nothing on the agenda for them till October 15th.

10-4-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur For the most part I have never believed in delays which I see as manufactured by people when they are wrong about the RV happening on a given date. I see things as just happening as they are supposed to according to the progress Iraq makes toward economic and political stability. But per an extensive talk with my Iraqi contact, I now believe there has been several recent delays to this overall process. The first unforeseen circumstance was grossly underestimating the deleterious impact of DAASH and the ineffectiveness of the Iraqi military as led by Maliki to deal with that situation as it unfolded over the end of the summer. Due to a combination of disdain and distrust for Maliki, and their unwillingness to put their lives on the line for what they saw as a corrupt dictatorial regime, DAASH was allowed to get disproportionately out of control and became a delaying factor as is evidenced by the unprecedented international military response to the ISIL threat to Iraq’s sovereignty.

10-4-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur Another delay is what I call the Maliki factor as in how long it took to get him out of office, all the enormous corruption they have uncovered, including undoing the damage from his inept maintenance of the security file (MOD/MOI) and from all the money he stole or otherwise misappropriated in conjunction with lower global oil prices than originally expected which has engendered a budget deficit that none of their economist nor the UN and U.S. financial experts were prepared for. This has therefore delayed completion of the GOI and caused complexities to the budget that has called for several recent amendments leading to the reason we are now projected after Eid al Adha as opposed to before then as PM Abadi originally promised.

10-4-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur The good side affect to these delays is that it has allowed the banking/CBI side to progress monetary reform preparation beyond what they would have otherwise accomplished which when combined with the new unified government has allowed parliamentary quorum conducive for passing all the necessary legislation that now has Iraq on the verge of a monumental moment in their history that will finally allow the PTB/AOP to give the green light to restore Iraq back into the international community with the monetary reform and restoration of the IQD in the very near future…as just tonight their TV news announced they would begin to finalize their monetary reform right after Eid al-Adha.

10-3-2014 RUMOR Guru DC The question is ‘what’s going on with the cards in Iraq?” Even more cards have been loaded at $3.58. The remaining cards have all been adjusted back to $3.58. The $3.58 has populated throughout the CIX and BIS system globally. We have had many confirmations in the US and around the world on the back screens. On the television, the finance ministers and deputies plus others saying “the economic reform is occurring” in the present tense…the television has also said the tariffs are being implemented now. In the past, they weren’t rich enough to do tariffs, which would especially affect the poor. This is yet another point that the RV has occurred. HCL was approved a while back. What confuses everyone is that there haven’t been major announcements, but now there is scrolling on the bottom of the screens is that PM Abadi is going to give a major speech tomorrow. Obviously they expect this has to do with economic reform. We are to be paid very soon, with new rates being shown throughout the world. We are not telling you the exact time, but things are looking really, really good.

On television, they were saying economic reform will be coming soon, and the tv is currently saying economic reform is happening now. So the related laws and such have been approved and processes are occurring starting yesterday. HCL has been this big thing, and they are paying people oil revenues right now, so HCL must have been approved. Those who were worried about the budget, yesterday the paper and television were saying adamantly that the economic reforms are not waiting on the budget. Last week, we said the rate is $3.58, and everyone said we were wrong. Then we told you it was in the Gazette, and…Lo and behold, last night they changed all the bank rates to $3.58 throughout the entire world. Over a million people have had their cards updated with that rate, and this has been confirmed by many contacts. Most of the banks have already given their people a date when they expect this to happen, when they will get really busy. It could happen before then, of course. Everything is done, everyone is excited. We do have a date, but cannot give it out.

10-3-2014 Newshound Guru Stryker It looks like that next week holds many answers for Iraq but all may not be resolved even then. The big question still remains, will the political situation be right for the CBI to pull the trigger on currency reform? In my opinion the Prime Minister must seat all the ministers, this will show the Sunnis that he is true to his word. The new parliament must enact and implement all necessary laws and the budget needs passed before reform can be performed. The CBI has readied itself with all the measures in place but a full unity of power sharing must also be completed. Progress continues to be made in all these areas according to the news and comments by all the major players.

10-3-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat So this week once again we witnessed more arguments in parliament over the candidates for minister of Defense and the Interior. They still do not have a permanent Defense and Interior ministers seated and another week has passed. They are now suggesting they will wait till after the holiday to address these candidates again. Also this week much progress was accomplished on the 2014 budget. But we still do not see it done and implemented (opened to spend). As I said previously – The budget depends on the RV and not the other way around. The last 4 years were simply a waist. The PTB are not going to go down this same road again and will ensure the government is truly fully formed and functional this time around. The list of the Erbil agreements in the new Unity Government Reform list must also be addressed prior to any RV.

10-3-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat The PTB want to RV the currency in a bad way. They are as anxious as we all are. All the software needed to do the job is completed and has been for months. They even re-ran the rate system again late last week. The rates are still very good. It is ready to go and can disperse downstream to the international financial exchanges in a matter of hours once the go ahead is given…it is just not going to magically happen. Just because the UST delegated software is ready and they have the capability, rates at the bank on hold, etc.. does not mean they are going to pull the trigger on this RV until they are completely sure that Iraq is stable. It may take weeks or it may take months. Simply put we are not getting any RV until the government if fully formed and functional and part of the path to doing so is the full implementation of the Erbil Agreement (parts now contained in the set of 27 Unity Reforms).
