9-24-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday [First vote on amendments to this investment law of 2006 is on the agenda tomorrow (Wednesday) in parliament.] IT IS REPORTED TO BE IN A BASKET THAT INCLUDES ALL CHANGES FOR INVESTMENT AND ALL LAWS TO MOVE FORWARD IN THE MARKET… [if it passes, does this mean we could RV later this week?] THESE LAWS ARE FOR THE INVESTORS WHICH WILL REQUIRE A REALITY RATE DUE TO THE GLOBAL MARKET. WE DONT HAVE A TIME OR DATE BUT THEY ARE WORKING TOWARD THE ECONOMIC REFORM IN ALL REPORTS WE HAVE SEEN LATELY AND THAT INVOLVES THE DINAR TO BE SET FOR TRADE. THURSDAY IS TO BE MINISTERS BY WHAT I HAVE SEEN. BUDGET TO VOTE IN A COUPLE DAYS, AS IN TWO, ACCORDING TO REPORTS…ADJUSTMENTS HAVE BEEN DONE AND NOW THEY ARE PREPARED TO SEND IT FOR VOTE. THEY HAVE UNTIL SATURDAY TO VOTE IT THROUGH TO HAVE IT DONE AND IN LAW. THEY ARE WORKING FASTER THAN WE HAVE EVER SEEN.

9-24-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 …important are dates between 9/27 -9/30 to see if Parliament proceeds with reading laws and voting…I am stuck on 10/7 -10/9 to see some changes…time will tell…This currency IQD was devalued because of locking Iraq down purposes and war…It will be re-introduced for the same reasons “security purposes”…and the locking down the IQD will be reversed.

9-24-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni As long as they continue with daily currency auctions it is unlikely their is a reduction of notes at this time (especially since they reprinting replacement notes). Remember, the auctions job is first and foremost to stabilize the exchange rate which is accomplished by creating a “balance” of dinar to dollar in the marketplace. Removing dinar from circulation would cause a demand on dinar and effect the exchange rate. IMO, a reduction of notes will come as a result of the process once they begin…which is months off at best since laws are not in place to support the economy/banking sector.

Even crazier than that groundbreaking, record setting, earth shattering news is this… THEY ACTUALLY DID IT! But wait, it gets better! On the table today or tomorrow is the Budget, which is always a big pain in the neck… but…they are talking about a paltry increase (from 17% to 20%) in funds to Kurdistan.

9-23-2014 RUMOR Guru More banking and finance legislation passed, interior and defense ministers are seated. The CBI is ready, just waiting. ON the television, they are still running the same announcements saying economic reforms are coming very soon or immediately, with locations in many areas where people can exchange as well as merchants changing their prices. Again, people are highly frustrated and tension is high to get this done across the world. Those who believe this is months off — why would they do this to their people now? According to our sources, part of their talks Sunday and yesterday and today are saying “we are ready, done all the last-minute things, let’s get this done!” In DC everyone is cued up and ready, the same BIS/IMF hold on their screens. We believe there will be a high and middle contract rate, and everyone else will get the international or market rate, and that will be somewhere between 3.50 and 4 dollars. It is done; it is coming. They are ready in Iraq, at the UN, and in the banks. We don’t know exactly when, but it is happening.

9-23-2014 RUMOR Guru Yes, the RV is going to happen. We are in good position. It was on the agenda yesterday morning. Last Friday people in the mosques were highly upset and it came off TV for awhile and now it is back on…telling their people they are the richest in the region again. Parliament has been there every day, taking votes and changing the laws. The ministers have been voted in for two weeks, by a large majority – the interior minister’s vote was unanimous! We know HCL has been passed. Over the weekend, everyone was back in the banks, and they were told that they would be busy on Monday and Tuesday. Everyone anticipated it yesterday. On the international stage, they are saying they have the numbers now. But we are just waiting. Its already in the system, it is happening, and we are just waiting until the time it happens. I expect it before the 1st, but I don’t know when it’s actually going to happen.

9-23-2014 Intel Guru EXOGEN DO YOU REALLY THINK THE UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL WOULD ALLOW GLOBAL STRIKES TO BE COORDINATED OUT OF IRAQ IF THERE WAS NO DEFENSE MINISTER, NO INTERIOR MINISTER, NO COMPLETED GOI, AND THE COUNTRY STILL HAS A CURRENCY VALUED AT 1/8 OF A PENNY TO NOW PAY THE NEW GLOBAL WAR BILLS AND DEBTS?

Fact check, All the ministers have NOT been seated, the minister of the Interior is still undecided as is the Security minister. The HCL has NOT been passed, some points have been agreed on but not passed.

[Do you feel the budget might bring the reality rate…?] THEY HAVE STATED THAT THE BUDGET WILL BE FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS AND HAVE STATED IN MANY REPORTS THAT IT WILL BE AT THE NEW PAY FOR DISBURSEMENT FOR ALL CITIZENS — THIS INCLUDES OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRY SO IT WOULD SEEM AS THOUGH IT WOULD HAVE TO BE AT AN EXCHANGEABLE RATE. [Could it be in usd?] NO CBI HAS PUT IN PLACE THAT IRAQ HAS TO USE THE NATIONAL CURRENCY — THE DINAR — THIS WAS MONTHS AGO SO IT WILL BE IN DINAR.

9-23-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Agreement on Ameri to fill the interior” Goes to show how decisions in Iraq can change daily like the wind blowing. Yesterday they stated they would not vote on the two security ministers until after the EID holiday, yet today they say they have made decisions on these positions and will vote before the holiday (end of the month). I guess we wait and see.
