9-16-2014 Intel Guru Frank26 IMO, we are seeing the MR (Monetary Reform) right before our eyes…pay close attention to what the CBI is saying. The citizens are being taught about the Visa cards and ATM’s, they are being educated to go electronic. IMO, the GOI is seated based on reports from I Team, Delta’s team, and what they are doing. I Team report is that security is getting much better. ISIS is being managed. As of Saturday, Dr Shabibi was still in Baghdad but he may have moved on by now; many officials from the USA are in Iraq and in control. MOF, gov of CBI, PM of GOI are all put in their positions by USA. I Team believes that we will see the GOI act with incredible speed. IMO, many laws need to be passed before we can see the rate, and the GOI is working with speed…longer dragging their feet.
9-16-2014 Newshound Guru Blue They have been educating the citizens for quite some time. Deal is most citizens dont have any money with which to make deposits or open accounts. They are ready to roll but in Maliki’s Economy they have all been dirt poor. However…once this whole bus starts rolling and the citizens get paid their percentage of the HCL money…at that point…watch how…quickly the citizens learn and embrace banking and smart cards and ATM machines…once they have any money to do it with. …even the Government employees have not been paid regularly under Maliki’s regime and the Kurdish areas have been bare of IQD…The currency has been sucked up, dried up, torn up and gathered in by the CBI… King Dollar is the coin of the realm…and we are all waiting for them to change that. Heavy Dollarization…And it aint far off. I seriously doubt we will be here…next spring.
9-15-2014 RUMOR Guru We know that rate has gone as far as the teller level, because they were ready on Friday. [What was the rate on the teller’s screen?] All I can say is that the rate is over $3. Our sources say that Parliament has finalized everything, including economic reform, and the last two ministers. We should see it no later than Wednesday, and be fully recorded in the Gazette, which makes it law. Parliament signed everything, but they are still holding it back. It could be political; we don’t know. Abadi has already broadcast that they are doing this…you can only say that so many times, especially when you are giving detailed instructions to the people on how to exchange and to check the prices…they are playing with fire now. How will this play out? I think it will end up a great thing for all of us. Hopefully Wednesday will be THE call…
9-16-2014 Intel Guru Delta All but 2 positions have been seated (interior and defense ministers not seated yet); each minister has been vetted and approved by the USA, so if the USA is controlling the selections, we can also believe the USA is in charge of the MR [Monetary Reform]; the 2 ministers are to be seated tomorrow [Tuesday], and the GOI will have full international support. All are just waiting on the USA to go ahead with the release of the rate…we know they are ready…just need to have the stability… a good economy is borne out of stability. Things are happening the way we want to see them going…the rate will come out when it’s sure that it cannot fail.

9-15-2014 RUMOR Guru DC …television was given detailed specific locations on banks that are prepped and ready for this…There have been detailed instructions since Thursday on the TV, radio and internet. Even this morning, they said the economic reform is coming very soon or immediately. The celebrations did not occur. However, Parliament did meet on Sunday, and did the formal seating of the Ministers for the Interior and Defense, plus passing laws to make sure all goes smoothly for the RV. Across the world, bankers, security, etc, go serious, bringing people in and being fully prepared, because the CBI told them to be ready. The CBI still says they are not waiting on anything political. Everyone is at a ready state since yesterday afternoon.
9-15-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 LAST EVENING AND BEFORE I REPORTED THAT SOME INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS WERE PREPARING TO RETURN TO IRAQ AND CONTINUE CONSTRUCTION ETC…JUST GOT WORD THAT SOME ARE BUT THAT MANY ARE STILL BEING HELD UP FOR SOME REASON. EXXON CREWS AND SHELL CREWS STILL NOT PREPARING TO GO BACK. NO REASONS GIVEN BUT STRANGE THAT SOME ARE AND SOME NOT. WHAT IT MEANS AT THIS TIME IS UNKNOWN. JUST KEEPING YOU ABREAST OF FACTS NOT THE FICTION. [maybe due to ISIS?] I DON’T THINK ISIS IS VIABLE WITHIN IRAQ. THERE ARE SO FEW THERE AND NOW DON’T HAVE CONTROL OF ANY PART OF IRAQ. 9-15-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Tomorrow candidates security bags in front of Parliament” As promised, PM Abadi will present names for the Ministers of Defense, Interior, and also that of Water Resources…again threats to walk away from the government if some people don’t get their way…it is time to test the metal of PM Abadi and see just how firm he can stand and carry forth his new government. As required by Iraqi law…PM Abadi will be handing over his British citizenship to keep his position as PM. A member of the Parliament Finance Committee says there will be no room on the agenda for tomorrow’s Parliament session for the 2014 budget…pointing to the first of next week for a proposal to be put forth…they continue to collect data from government institutions this week.
9-15-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 The head of the temporary finance committee charged with dealing with the 2014 budget is saying that a budget would be approved for the remaining 3.5 months of 2014 at 44.5 trillion dinar with the exchange rate increase approved earlier by Parliament for the state employees….this should be the retroactive pay increase for state employees that goes back to January 1…..there would be a two part budget….one for the first 8.5 months….and the second for the remaining 3.5 months.

9-15-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday MINISTERS…IT SEEMS THAT THEY WILL BE VOTED ON TUESDAY IN ORDER TO ONCE AGAIN MEET THE DEADLINE GIVEN FOR ABADI — HE IS GREAT IN MEETING DEADLINES. THEY ARE MAKING IT CLEAR THAT HE IS VERY SERIOUS ABOUT HAVING THEM FILLED BY TUESDAY. HE HAS MADE IT CLEAR THAT THEY WILL NOT REMAIN BY PROXY AS THEY WERE IN THE LAST GOVERNMENT. A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN WHAT WE HAVE SEEN IN THE PAST — I HAVE NO WORRIES AT ALL IN WHAT TO EXPECT AND AM SO ENCOURAGED THAT THE COUNTRY WILL MOVE FORWARD TO THE GLOBE AND TO A MARKET ECONOMY AS WELL.
