8-18-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat …all the news still looks very encouraging that these next couple weeks are shaping up to be an excellent window to hear of the announcement of the completed government of Iraq. Yesterday I sent out some news referring to a high possibility that we would hear of an announcement of a fully formed Iraq government by Sunday. It did not happen… So what is the hold up? …we are now witnessing a total reworking of the 35 ministries under the prior 8 years of Iraq government…much more “house cleaning” than originally thought necessary. Abadi decided to reduce the number of ministries to 25 after the cancellation and merging some of them…Another cleanup he is doing in trimming their salaries…

8-18-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat So the clock started ticking once again and the new PM now has just 23 days (about 3 weeks) remaining to make the announcement of his fully formed new government to the world. This will take some time but they still anticipate that they can form the new government in a matter of weeks at most. This brings us to the end of August. I believe this is their new target. I do whole heartedly believe we are once again in a very sweet spot to see the RV announcement in the next couple weeks. Be patient it is coming.

8-17-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni The last few days certainly have been exciting…We have seen the nomination of a new Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and a surprising concession speech from Nuri al-Maliki…something quite frankly I am still a bit skeptical about. In any case, it appears that within a few weeks, parliament will meet and formally nominate and ratify the new government into office. Maliki at that time should leave peacefully as he stated on television yesterday.

We have clearly proven over the last few years that the many laws are stalled that have a direct impact in the economy of Iraq. That any currency reform is simply a part of the overall economic advancements including a transition to a market economy. So we must continue to wait and watch as parliament joins forces with the new government to address these laws. These laws include banking reform as well as economic reform.

8-17-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni The nomination of a new unified government has been hailed not only from within Iraq, but by the world community including the U.S, the UN, Europe, Iran, Saudi Arabia and many others. This new government will have its hand full trying to contain the violence and current terrorism from ISIL. But hopefully this message will take hold and work in a very positive way to force these terrorists out of Iraq. I am very optimistic that within a few months we may see discussion move from government news to economic news and once again the restructuring of the currency. But we must keep in mind all the work that must be done before that is truly realistic.

8-17-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 I am going to say this one more time…Maliki is STILL the caretaker Prime Minister of Iraq…he will be in that capacity until such time as Abadi’s government is approved and seated…they HAVE to have someone running the country…Maliki is that person right now…yes Maliki IS stepping down and has conceded the job of Prime Minister to Haider Abadi but NOT UNTIL…such time he and his government is approved by Parliament.

8-17-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat Today is Sunday 08/17 and all the news looks very encouraging that this week is shaping up to be an excellent window to finally see the final rollout of the revaluation of the Iraq dinar. As you may already know that Iraq did finally shake off…the outgoing prime minister Nori Al- Maliki. He is still physically around Badgdad but he is not very public these days. When they need him they call for him. He is under guard and carefully watched 24/7. This is contrary to what many believe that he has left the country.

8-17-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat So the next big step is for the new Iraq prime minister to designate/nominate/chose his new ministers to form his Council of Ministers on time. As of September 11 the next Iraq constitutional deadline will expire for this task…on Thurs 8/14 we witnessed an announcement by the new Iraq prime minister Abadi that he would most likely have his council formed in only 48 hours. He also stated he was targeting for the announcement to the news media of a fully formed government of Iraq on Sunday 8/17. That is today! We still wait.

8-17-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat The CBI has also given nothing by favorable acceptance of wanting and approving an immediate rolling out of the currency back to its international status. Their hands are now washed of this effort. They wait now like us investors. Along with this will be the new reinstated/revalued rate. In fact we may never see the reinstated rate since I believe they will go directly to the revalued rate. I do whole heartedly believe we are once again in a very sweet spot to see the RV announcement this week sometime. Be patient it is coming.

It would be my guess that he ran last night fearful of the government being put together. Everything for him is downhill from now. The government is talking about crimes as MP’s from the Sunni’s and the Kurds have started talking of murder and mayhem…The government itself talking of audits of Ministries looking for the theft they have been accusing him of for years. Now once this government is formed or Maliki is verified out of the country, the countdown to D- Day begins. D-day = RV. That’s the way I see it…we are all keeping our fingers crossed.

Fact check, there are articles stating that Maliki may get a “less powerful” position in the GOI, as of yet, he is not out of the picture as many believe.

Smalls were printed in 2012 per contracts let. Price of dinar is higher now by quite a bit. 1 to 1 was what they had planned to do before they even new the total damages in terms of debt. 80% of the debt has been paide. Most of the dinars collected off streets. Banks are now world ready and the reserves and gold are 2x’s what they were. The kick is that the US debt is much higher also requiring a bigger valued dinar and Iraq can handle it now.

8-17-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar Early on at the middle of 2008 it hinted at 86 cents when they did the strategic study, but even this article from early 2012 says 1 to 1 so it was higher already by the first quarter of 2012 than what the study recommended. From that we can conclude that as the reserves grow and circulating currency reduces, the rate is moving also. The longer they have held out, the higher it has become. They will hold the currency at what ever number they come out with for some period of time. The 2008 study suggested 2 years. During this period no matter what they finally decide to do the currency will still be a managed rate.

The government of Iraq will be chasing him shortly if he does. His government stole 600 billion under his control and the citizen lawsuits not to mention the charges that will be leveled on him for murder by iraq. It is my belief Iraq is still reorganizing and is not ready to go after him just yet. But when the new government is ready, he better have disappeared. Iraq is just distancing itself from his regime and until the government is complete the accountability for these crimes are…on hold and Maliki is taking advantage of this time. He sits there in the eye of the storm but the back wall of the hurricane is fast approaching and he wont be able to escape it.

8-16-2014 Newshound Guru Chattels [Did you see…Maliki may have position in new parliament. Apparently he’s still there?] i never thought that Maliki was “gone”. He is still the incumbent Prime Minister, a true “lame duck”, but still the chief executive officer. He did not resign…as i understand the parliamentary system, Maliki is entitled to a seat in Parliament. He got more votes than anyone by a wide margin…now, whether he is appointed or elected by Parliament to a more “sovereign” position remains to be seen. He has agreed to abandon his bid for a third term and step aside in “due course”, meaning when there is a duly elected/seated government.
