BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News .. prominent Kurdish MP Mahmoud Othman said the budget approval is subject to the outcome of the talks of the Tripartite Commission next week.
He told / Baghdadi News / “The next week is determined by the position of the Tripartite Commission on the second reading of the budget.”
Othman added that “there are signs of a breakthrough in the crisis, the budget after the approval of the Kurdistan region to export 100 000 barrels of oil per day via the marketing company (SOMO), which may facilitate the second reading of the budget,” but added that “if the Committee did not reach the tripartite agreement House of Representatives will have to pass a majority of law. ”
