5-16-2013 Intel Guru Delta There’s an article that came out today stating the IQD is devaluing rapidly against the US$…the citizens are making it very clear what they want the CBI and GOI to do – Iraqiya TV is now broadcasting what the people are demanding…The citizens are demanding the IQD to be taken to 1:1 with the US$!!

Iraqi’s are like everyone else in the world. Show me the money. Pavlov’s bell will have to ring twice to make them move from the sanctuary of the US dollar back to the dinar, IMHO they will have to jolt the currency to attract this move.

THE ONLY THING I CAN BE CERTAIN OF AT THIS EXACT MOMENT IN TIME IS THAT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE PERMISSION TO MAKE THE OFFICIAL POST. My Top 10 things to look for until Parliament returns June 14th: 10) Signs that agreements have been worked out and done behind the scenes 9) Maliki is being part of the solution and not part of the problem to stabilize Iraq 8) Amendments to the Investment Laws that will enable Iraq’s Free Market.

5-15-2013 Newshound Guru Adam Montana [ I just read that Parliament has adjourned until June 18th for a vacation! So now we are looking at AFTER this date for the RV?] the thing is that their Parliament is almost always on some kind of break, but things seem to keep moving regardless. I am not going to tie a date or any significance to any break, vacation, or event OTHER than Ramadan. Nothing significant happens during Ramadan, so it will be either before June 7, or after August 8.

5-15-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG Article: “The Iraqi Prosecutor General Asks the Iraqi Parliament to Replace President Talabani” They are essentially saying it is unconstitutional for Maliki’s VP to be controlling this spot (the POR) for more than 30 days (which he clearly has). They are insisting the Supreme Judiciary step in and start the process of choosing a new POR. JMHO – It’s about time!!
