That is, I believe that the physical requirements are in place to execute the RV and related global changes, but that we are waiting on strategic decisions by leadership which, unfortunately, do not have a predictable timeline.
4-18-2013 Intel Guru cgmom70 i waiting on iraq to finish there few issues and to get out of chapter 7…all fulfillment of chapter 7 needs done before rv…they need to finish the erbil…if it was out of iraqs hands and the un we would have an rv right now or earlier.

I STARTED HEARING THIS LAST EVENING AND TODAY DID GET THE INFORMATION FROM IRAQ THAT YES IT IS BEING SAID BUT THE PEOPLE THERE ARE NOT BELIEVING IT BECAUSE THIS IS A THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. JUST LIKE THEM ANNOUNCING AND TELLING THEM THAT THE SMART CARDS WOULD BE CHARGED ON APRIL 1 THEN AGAIN TOLD APRIL 3RD AND HAVE YET TO BE CHARGED. STAND BY FOR MORE CONFIRMATIONS AS THEY COME IN. I WAS TOLD I WILL GET A CALL ABOUT 1 AM IN THE MORNING AS THEY WOULD GO TO THE CBI AND TRY TO CASH A COUPLE 3 ZERO NOTES TO SEE FOR SURE IF THEY CAN GET LOWER DENOMS. 4-17-2013 Intel Guru TerryK aka Terrence Keller GOT SOME NEWS…CALL THIS AM EARLY. CHINA HAS ASKED FOR 1 DAY DELAY AND THEY GOT IT. FOREX WAS LOADING LAST NIGHT WHAT I WAS TOLD AND THEN STOPPED AGAIN. THE DELAY IS TO ENSURE THERE IS ENOUGH MONEY IN THE WF [WELLS FARGO] SYSTEM TO HANDLE TIER 3. CODES WERE BEING LOADED LAST NIGHT IN WF RENO. I DONT THINK THIS WILL GO PAST THE 18TH FOR SURE. <—BS
