Shafaq News/ A source in the comprehensive coordination framework for all Shiite forces, with the exception of the Sadrist movement, revealed that political parties in harmony with the framework will submit lawsuits to the Federal Court regarding abuse of constitutional terms and others related to the distribution of parliamentary committees.
The source told Shafak News Agency, “These parties will submit cases starting next week and will be distributed over the delay in naming the President of the Republic and forming the government, as they will address the case by overriding the constitutional periods, in addition to submitting another lawsuit challenging the impartiality of the Parliament presidency regarding the distribution of parliamentary committees because it was not approved Parliamentary weight in that.”
The objection of the framework and the forces allied with it comes after the House of Representatives voted yesterday, Wednesday, on the members of the permanent parliamentary committees, as they were distributed among the blocs, and the Sadrist bloc’s share, including the presidency and membership of more than nine effective committees, including the Oil and Gas Committee, headed by the representative of the Sadrist bloc, Haider Al-Mansouri, and naming Representative of the Sadrist bloc, Burhan Al-Maamouri, as head of the Parliamentary Reconstruction and Services Committee, as well as naming Tariq Al-Khaighani as Chairman of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Safaa Al-Tamimi as Chairman of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Jabbar Ramadan as Chairman of the Parliamentary Youth and Sports Committee, Shaima Al-Daraji as Chairman of the Transport and Communications Committee, Hassan Al-Kaabi as Chairman of the Finance Committee, and Hassan Al-Adari on behalf of the Sadrist bloc as Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, and Ahmed Al-Zamili as Chairman of the Investment Committee.
