12-7-2021 Newshound Guru MilitiaMan Articles: “His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq meets His Excellency the British Ambassador in Baghdad”; “THE CENTRAL BANK ANNOUNCES THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTOMATION FOR THREE GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS” These two articles…touched on the white papers, economic reforms and the priorities of implementation. The CBI and Government are now on the same level playing field and can track the money via new FinTech and Blockchain. They have launched the Digital System back 10/31/2021. It is utterly transparent, and it is an apparent necessary thing to have prior to fully being Article 8, imo… There is no going back now. They have full intention of changing their exchange rate to meet all international standards. A rate of 1460 is not Article 8, nor is 1190 or even 1166…They’ll need the similar notes, as they had back in the glory days. Thus, they are said to be showing them the old notes in videos lately and still on going. …The new digital system will require them to have new currency and one they can monitor efficiently and transparently. I have never seen so much pressure from all areas to revalue…Many of the articles are following along the lines with the concept of revaluation but they tend to move towards just getting back to pre-December 2020 rates. FRANK: It’s important…that you understand…the governor of the CBI tells the Iraqi citizens the monetary reform is complete. Now he comes out the next day of when they’re going to do the ‘pros and cons’ of why they’re going to do the monetary reform…and he says the currency adjustment that we’ve made is now showing and the only place that could be showing is in the budget. He just told us on TV that our exchange rate should have been changed years ago. He said it needs to float…and then he described how a float is based on supply and demand verses a fixed rate that is backed by gold. He says we also need the lower notes out…he talked about how Iraq already had digitally fixed the lower note issue – just need the lower notes on streets.
