3-10-2014 Newshound Guru Enorrste Article: “Bankers: beware of infinite distribution of foreign currency in banks” Quote: “referring to some change in the coming days, which could see a reduction at the exchange rate of the dinar against the dollar.” This quote is important because it confirms for us that a change in the value of the dinar is scheduled by the CBI to occur “in the coming days.” Of course we’ve all seen that this particular phrase doesn’t necessarily mean “next week” or even “next month.” But based on other articles it does mean “in 2014”. Maliki wants this before the election and because of this the window I just gave is and will get stronger every week…So if it gets by this weekend then do not be discouraged the next weekend is just as good until April. Regardless, I don’t think they’ll keep the rate suppressed forever, so I’ll hang tight. [MUST the budget be passed 45 days before the elections on April 30th? This would mean the budget would be passed by March 15th.] Parliament can pass a bill in the middle of the night, the CBI can up the rate without any approval from congress, or any number of things could happen. 2-6-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar The CBI announced that the new dinar and the old dinar will both be circulating in Iraq for two years after the change. The CBI told us numerous times what will change is the nominal value which is defined as the exchange rate. The FC [Finance Committee] told us that they will delete the LEADING zeros. LEADING zeros are not found on the currency, they are only found on the exchange rate. The FC in three articles told us they wrote the 2014, and estimated the 2015 and 2016 budgets based on 1.16 dinars equal one US Dollar. Doing the math that’s 86 cents per each dinar or deleting the zeros. If this is truth then they can’t open the 2014 budget without changing the value of a dinar to 86 cents. Read more…

1-19-2014 Intel Guru Hub i dont know if you know how my info works, but i believe in the economic principles and the way they work and certain financial intel… so i told yall that one contact with bro in law in iraq said he thought the rv was going down in iraq thursday, well 30 mins ago [Saturday], a good friend thats with a BIG oil co, said they had just in the last day or so signed a $20-30,000,000 contract in iraq. this is not extremely high, but it is substantial, just proving things in iraq are moving along and the country has to conform to principals of doing business…remember, iraq must have a valued currency to operate… [I really hope that that is happening. 9-15-2013 Newshound Guru Doc For all practical matters we are exactly where we reported several weeks ago. We also anticipate we will be here for many more weeks. There has been no further movement in passing the remaining laws needed to support currency reform in the long term. All is no where close to complete. In fact Parliament will not reconvene for another week. In our last update we pointed out HCl would not be considered until at the earliest this upcoming session. We eagerly await to see if it will be addressed. Our opinion continues that currency reform will not happen until there supporting laws are passed.
