9-12-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni “CBI release – To/approved banks exercise all banking/money transfer companies, approved all” It looks to me that the CBI is announcing they are fully liberalizing the foreign exchange market in Iraq. So all dealers can now sell dollars. It may be a very good sign towards the transition to the new “float” exchange regime! So what we have is new currency instructions for banks and money transfer companies that was created and sent out (apparently) privately since it is not posted on the CBI website at or around the 1st of September (dated 3/9). And today, a public announcement “activating” those instructions. To me this is very interesting and clearly makes one think they are doing something pertaining to the currency and foreign exchange that they do not want us to know about. Read more…

9-11-2013 Intel Guru Frank26 Earlier this year, the IMF gave permission to Iraq to raise the value of their currency and gave them 30 days to do it, but they did not; when the UN released Iraq from CH7 they gave them 30 days to raise the rate and they didn’t do it, so the IMF took control of the RV. IMO, Maliki falsified IQD values on the IMF docs…and presented them to the GOI and CBI; if true, this is powerful; Maliki wanted the initial rate to be much higher, and Maliki was going to be allowed to announce the rate on the 17th of this month; now this has been taken away from Maliki and Iraq. 9-10-2013 Intel Guru Eagle1 WF source states the RV is to happen “momentarily;”…ForEx source said it can happen tonight IF one last piece of housekeeping is cleaned up by the IMF – but we don’t know if the IMF will get it cleaned up tonight…this is given as rumor/opinion, not a date…intel also says that the IMF has decided that the value of the IQD will parallel the KWD…if the IQD comes out at a low rate ($0.86 – $1.00 range)…it will be a free float; if it comes out at $3 +, it will be a managed float. 9-9-2013 Newshound Guru Millionday Article quote: “Bankers stressed the importance of launching a national campaign to contact global finance for the revitalization of the work of the State banks which was constrained in its dealings with the requirements of Chapter VII.” this means that they are changing stipulations that have the global banking stuck from past sanctions and present applications so this is fantastic because we want this in order to launch the rates through global currency rates which has to be done in order to connect banking globally…its about time. The main thing most readers here are concerned about is a change in value – which is different. Once the value changes – it will take a while to get the notes “deleted” from the marketplace. 9-6-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Calls for economic reforms before you start deleting zeros currency” As we have stated several times, we believe this is a two part process. Part one is to raise the value of the dinar, then part two is delete the zeros which is nothing more than a declaration (and implementation of the Law of Indebitness) and new currency. Part two has nothing to do with us and we dont care. Therefore, IMO if they say they will delete the zeros early next year, then the raising of the value must come first. Which we believe is a float. 9-5-2013 Newshound Guru Adam Montana in order for Iraq to make any significant change in their currency value, they need to be able to back it up. Since the majority of Iraq’s economy (business) is based on Oil, they must have means to sell their product in order to maintain their business. no ability to sell oil = no ability to maintain value on currency. Iraq can’t simply produce oil and call themselves rich… they must put that oil in the hands of buyers and collect payment for it. Read more…

9-4-2013 Intel Guru TD We are still in a holding pattern. WHY? Because Iraq’s matters still need in house work and world events have put things on limbo. Parliament though is meeting later this week and hopefully issues of substance (laws, etc.) will be addressed. As mentioned few days ago, articles we want to read are getting out again. Whether there’s substance there or just talk, we shall see. The US congress will reconvene next week and vote on the Syrian mess . Releasing any currency internationally is simply not the time, due to “market uncertainty /instability”, the premier enemy of financial markets. Read more…

He simply would have stated, he cannot do anything until the remaining UN resolutions were removed. He did not. Will Iraq make the dinar internationally recognized in 2013? 8-30-2013 Intel Guru TD I checked in with my contact concerning rumors of releasing of IQD internationally. He flat out rejected the rumor stating that as before discussed some very important laws need to be passed & some are in the process of revision. The CRITICAL HCL LAW he stated is one of those to be so and parliament is putting that off till next sessions.

8-30-2013 Intel Guru TD So although some reported that the IQD will go by itself due to “technical difficulties” launching the so called 190+ global reset at once also does not pass the test at least according to my source. It’s interesting though that some are finally on board with the idea of currencies going in stages or baskets is now the way to go. I still don’t see either scenarios as realistic possibilities. The label they have chosen to use for a “GLOBAL CURRENCY RESET” is “INTERNET MYTH”.

8-28-2013 Bluwolf logic tells me…the U.S. is totally broke and so is the world powers. We now face a threat of another war but we have no money to pay for it, we have stretched our limits, we know we can feel it in our pockets things are bad all over. So this article IMO is very telling. This seems to be an indirect way of saying we are about to raise the value, activate the banking system and join IMF Article VIII. 8-25-2013 Intel Guru TD I was told to look for some VERY IMPORTANT articles to be released regarding our investment mid -late this week. There is some behind the scenes activity going on this weekend and important meetings next couple days. Again to clarify a few points from last week: June 2014 was given as a COMPLETION date of the currency reaching a “comfort zone” of stability, what is at hand now is whether to initiate the release in the near term such as September or to withhold release to the new quarter of 2014 as some lawmakers want. The meetings this week will hopefully decide that issue. We should know by end of this week our probability of sooner than later or whether we are left in a holding pattern. Read more…
