The World Bank said in July it would provide Iraq with loans totaling $1.7 billion, while the International Monetary Fund agreed this year on an $833 million loan program. 10-11-2015 Newshound Guru wmawhite IMO, not one individual item/event will give us what we are waiting on…instead, there are a series of laws, financial initiatives that are setting up the foundation that will bring the new IQD to the world stage. Here is another little tidbit…look at the list of notes and coins for the IQD on the CBI website. As you look at those notes and coins you can see into the past and into the future. Those large notes tell the story since 2003 up through today. Those smaller notes and coins are an indication of what the plans are for the IQD in the future. The only way those smaller notes and coins will be useful in the market place is when the cost of goods are low enough for the consumer and merchant is use…and the only way those goods will be reduced in price is when the IQD is significantly more valuable outside the country. 10-6-2015 Intel Guru Frank26 I feel very, very confident about the advancement of the monetary reform… it’s amazing how fast things are occurring at the same time. Many changes happening right now…The middle-east is freeing itself of terrorism and corruption. We have a date that we believe that we will see 3 more things – it is the date when Dr. Shabibi will be back at the helm of the CBI calling the shots. The IMF gave Dr. Shabibi the GREEN LIGHT (back in April) and in that time period Dr. Shabibi wanted to do this back in July but there was not enough SECURITY to do it. On September 16th the Finance Committee (of the GOI) came out and said they had passed laws and said that the new 50’s and 100’s would be coming out. They were ready then but the timing wasn’t right. The GOI is passing laws like crazy but we haven’t seen the National Guard Law yet. We need the National Guard Law…it will be extremely important. Many laws (well over 100) are coming.
