11-30-2016 Intel Guru Frank26 I strongly believe that there is a change in the rate and I strongly believe that it will be reported very soon… IMO…PURCHASING POWER was given to the citizens IN-COUNTRY and is now 1 to 1 with the USD. IMO…their currency is worth one dollar…The American Dollar is PEGGED to the Iraqi Dinar. …they took 1188 away from the AUCTIONS…to put in a TRANSITIONAL RATE…which has been well hidden. 11-29-2016 Intel/Newshound Guru Mnt Goat Article: “Abadi adviser (Saleh) calls for the establishment of a new bank to finance trade and private sector” This is amazing news! It is WOW news. …they are telling us the currency auctions {by the CBI} will end and be replaced by a separate bank that will handle international currencies. I quote from the article above – “to set up a new bank for trade finance” and “the trade must be regulated by the government, but without restriction”. …So what other currencies would they be so worried about in dealing with foreign remittences. Why would they need a separate bank just for this effort if they did not expect to be conducting trade with many other countries and converting many currencies of these countries? …The part about “without restriction” says it all. This means a free flow of monies during trade. Yes – this is needed if they are going to get out of their “closed” economy and open up an unrestricted trade with international countries. 11-28-2016 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG Article: “Iraq receives four billion dinars as a loan from the World Bank next month” When I saw this one – my first thought was… 1) That is great… the WB pitching in (even if it IS only 4 million USD) means they are HEADED towards international “re-integration”… via IMF oversight and my second thought was…2) 4 million USD doesn’t seem like much (or less) – unless of course… it’s NOT REALLY 4 million? they quoted this number in Dinar (which they would – since it is in Arabic vernacular)…but that number may not be “exactly static”…Who knows what 4 Billion Dinar is worth then? 4 million doesn’t do much in the way of “reconstruction”… That article says Dinar… another one says USD… My point…it’s probably NOT 4 Billion Dinar at it’s current value. That would only be 4 Million USD – that’s about enough to “reconstruct” one really nice house…4 Billion – on the other hand… might be a start… Read more…

11-25-2016 Intel/Newshound Guru Mnt Goat …from the fall of 2015 (when they told us they were officially postponing the project to delete the zeros until early 2017) that there were only 2 articles telling us to wait until early 2017…information once again reminding us that it was coming, but not yet. Then in November 2016 alone an explosion of articles as we have seen nine (9) articles so far in this month alone out of over a year of waiting. Something is going on here. So I recently jumped on the phone and talked to my CBI contact. What was I told? I was told that YES they are now going forward with the project to delete the zeros. The CBI even told us last week that they are now proceeding once again with the “project to delete the zeros”…this is exactly the news we must hear and await to hear. Now we have it….WOW! …I know for a FACT that within Iraq, the news channels talked about the CBI declaring that they have begun the “project to delete the zeros” once again. I was told this too by my CBI contact over a year ago that this “project to delete the zeros” and its process and progress is what we should be concentrating on mostly. …Iraq also needs to get the banking and financial reforms in place to support the project. 11-22-2016 Newshound Guru mike Article: “Iraq new 500-dinar note (B357) confirmed” Good stuff, so, from all appearance’s, they not only need this note now, they’re going to need it in the foreseeable future. As the value slowly rises the note will go from a value of .50 to a buck and hopefully all the way to $500 when the value reaches 1-1. During that time, the newer notes like the 1, 5, 10, 20 and 100 will come out. I’m looking forward to Iraq starting the process in 2017 so that in time, they can get to the lower denominated notes. 11-19-2016 Intel Guru RayRen98 I believe the Budget has been made a matter of urgency to get that approved and also implemented. Don’t put too much emphasis on the Budget, because being passed and published, that doesn’t mean an automatic RV. We have been looking for the lower denominations to be released every day this week. The Iraqi banks and CBI say they are fully set up for international interactions. The next thing is for the currency to change its value inside the country and then outside the country. We’re ready, everything is done, and banks are ready for international action. The citizens are no longer complaining about economic reforms. These are all signs to say that it’s over. It’s coming to a beginning, rather than an end. I do believe this is happening before the end of this year. Read more…

It is something to keep a VERY close eye on. To ME…that was the most important news article I have read in a Looong time. That will unite Christians. muslims, all the Iraq tribes all the religions into ONE Iraq…Absolutely huge. [But as we saw in the Amnesty Law, there are a lot of hang ups in getting the Blocs to agree.] Let’s keep a close eye on it and its timing.
