1-24-2017 Intel Guru Frank26 We told you many times…Mosul is NOT part of the monetary reform…but Mosul is a requirement for it – in the sense of security / stability. You have seen some dramatic events to that fact (regarding Mosul) in the last 72 hours. Did we not say that once we have Mosul, very quickly you’ll have the MR? – and I still stand by that. Now, last week they told us they have liberated Mosul. Turns out they were talking about liberation of certain pocket areas but not all of Mosul yet. Let us agree that Mosul is NOT fully liberated yet…but very, very, very close.
1-24-2017 Intel Guru Frank26 I believe that the MCP, the MOI, the MOU, the LOI’s are no longer necessary. You know why? Because we are beyond the Monetary Reform. What I believe is that right now…Iraq is going through a phase …entering their NATURAL POSITION in the INTERNATIONAL world. Everything you are seeing right now has to happen with URGENCY! There are spots in Iraq that are fighting against the program rate. Some are very well aware about what is going to happen with their currency. Iraq is driven by money…and at this point…I believe that they are maximizing their investment…their currency.
1-24-2017 Newshound Guru Mnt Goat Article quote: “Iraqi army and coalition forces prepare to expand their offensive against the Sunni militants into west Mosul.” …sounds like this week that are going to begin the offensive battle in the western section of the Mosul region…As I write this news letter I was just informed the northern section of Mosul is not liberated. Let’s wait and see what they tell us in the news. Remember we wait for the pm Abadi to make a formal announcement of the total liberation of Mosul. This is our queue that the CBI might launch those lower denoms and get this process rolling. This could literally happen in the next week or less.

I AM AWARE OF THE SOURCES I RECEIVE MY INFO FROM AND I AM CONFIDENT OF IT’S ACCURACY HOWEVER I WILL NOT DISCOUNT THOSE THAT GIVE ME INFORMATION. I SEE NO REASON TO BELIEVE THIS NOT TRUE. …IT WAS REPORTED AND THE SHARED WITH YOU AS INFORMATION TO DIGEST.
1-24-2017 Intel Guru ADMINBILL IF YOU CALLED THE AMERICAN EMBASSY DO YOU BELIEVE THEY WOULD RELEASE A DISPATCH THAT WAS MEANT TO BE PRIVATE TO YOU? I THINK NOT. AN IRAQI CITIZEN CAN CALL THEIR EMBASSY ANY TIME THEY WISH. THAT DOES NOT MEAN THEY WILL BE GIVEN ACCURATE INFO ANY MORE THAT WE WOULD GET FROM OUR OWN. IT IS STILL MY UNDERSTANDING WE ARE IN A VERY GOOD POSITION THIS WEEK. I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE A TIME FRAME…IT SHOULD BE SOON.
1-23-2017 Newshound Guru jaxjags Concerning the appreciation of the IQD, I have no idea exactly how it will appreciate. However, I believe the CBI will be aggressive in its pursuit. The CBI stated in numerous articles starting back in November 2016 that the 50, 100 and 200 IQD notes would appear in early 2017. Of course, that is a forecast of “need” concerning those notes, NOT a forecast of “value” of the currency.
1-23-2017 Newshound Guru jaxjags To me, the CBI would never make it known that those notes would have a place in the market place unless they believe the “market conditions” will change in the near future. Again, IMO, we are close to seeing an aggressive move on the part of the CBI to let the IQD find its true value…whatever that may be.
1-23-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 We are getting blow-by-blow updates about Mosul; we understand that eastern Mosul has celebrations, with northern Mosul tagged to be completed by yesterday. There was a large offensive in western Mosul, too. The updates say that Mosul is already celebrating, although the northern and western areas are not completely liberated. On Iraqi television, they are telling citizens that any minute now they will have Mosul completely liberated. There are now 27 banks actively dealing in dinar, for those who say this is a scam. You already know about the Iraqi embassies being notified for a currency value change, we just don’t know when. This could very well be The Week, although certain things still need to be made public. But it’s looking good, sounding good, and I’m feeling good about where we are.
1-23-2017 Newshound Guru Breitling …Never has there been 50 Trillion dinar in circulation…this is not an opinion… The market responds to how these people [Sunni, Shia Kurds] treat each other. I understand that. But they are going to add value to their currency anyways. That is one of the tools they want to use to try to bring everyone together…to accomplish that hey have to establish a financial base so people don’t get desperate and make these proxy wars. Hopefully. That’s what they’re thinking. The Sunni and Shia are not in competition where one wants to add value to the currency and the other one doesn’t. Or even the Kurds. They all want value to be added….when it comes to currency and the markets…there is no differences of opinion about that. They just argue about who gets to rule what. Iraq is a fantastic opportunity. That has not changed. Every trend in the market…on how a currency goes up, Iraq is doing it…zero hype.
1-23-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG [Anyone have any idea why the CBI hasn’t updated their exchange rates on the web site since the 4th? Seems kinda odd.] …no one has any idea. Longest stretch in the last 5 years they have not updated.
