2-5-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG …I hope conditions remain on the gain so the CBI and the GOI can get started with the economic and currency reform program in the first part of 2017 (as they have already forecasted). I doubt Trump has much to do with this. In fact, if he will have anything to do with it – he will obviously want Iraq pulling their own weight and at a real currency rate. He has plainly said he is not OK with countries operating at artificially low currency rates. If we haven’t learned anything about Trump – we should have learned that he speaks plainly and pretty much is going to move ahead on the things he has said he would. One of these items is “world currency parity” – he’s harped and harped and HARPED on this. The UN came out of a security briefing just yesterday with a time-line in their heads… their comment “Daesh’s days are numbered”…They did not say – directly. 2-3-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur There is clearly and quite palpably nothing formerly glorious about the UN sanctioned current programmed rate of the IQD. And the very notion that they are satisfied or could even continue indefinitely to function at this level is totally ridiculous. The Arabic phrase “former glory” used by the Iraqi’s here as مجـده السـابـق clearly indicates a return to its original high standing it had when it was one of the worlds leading currencies. They have indicated in no uncertain terms that as soon as Mosul is sufficiently edited the Iraq currency will then and only then return to its aforementioned “former glory.” The UN meeting today showed they are well into finishing up this phase which is the liberation of the Western portion of Mosul. 2-2-2017 Intel Guru Frank26 I think that there has been some undisciplined people (MEDIA) in the Middle East…a few slip-ups in the media lately …one that came out of Basra News…where they talked about 3.84 and 3.64…seriously! We called it the “perfect mistake” …and another one came out on Tuesday… talking about raising 4 Million Dollars for some fund raising for some religious thing. They said something like 50 IQD was = to 38 USD’s. NO IT’S NOT! I believe there is a lot of “leakage” going on about the MR. The numbers…IMO… are not mistakes…they removed them…out of fear. 2-1-2017 Intel/Newshound Guru Mnt Goat Article: “A government source revealed on Sunday, for the low monetary reserves of the Central Bank of Iraq to $ 45 billion, as a result of the deterioration of oil prices and the continuation of the “waste” of public money.” First they told us the CBI reserves are safe in the near future, as they are stabilized due to the recent borrowing and other resources. I quote from the article above – “the government has stopped for the time being its reliance on central bank reserves, and began to take advantage of the state’s resources and borrowing,” …so now we know they no longer have a need to tap into the reserves as they are using other sources to make up the deficit going forward. But the best news is…I quote from the article above – “is expected to return to its former glory after the end of the war on Daesh” …we must wait for the final announcement from PM Abadi that the war with Daesh is entirely over. This is when the war will be “officially” ended. But nonetheless it is still excellent news to hear it from the mouth of the CBI once again. Read more…

1-31-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 Over the weekend we grew to 39 banks, three credit unions, and 5-6 dealers openly buying and selling dinar. We are still very much in this game. We haven’t taken any steps backward, although there was possibly a pause this weekend, and didn’t take the further steps that would allow me to lay out where we actually are in this game. It would probably be the most efficient if they did something at the beginning of the year but that’s never been an issue. They can just move the decimal over anytime they want. Almost 90% of the national wealth is from oil revenue. Sure they are working on other sources of revenue too but these other efforts will take years. Especially with ISIS and now Iranian militias creeping at their doors again. This article is just yet another indication of the importance of this law. 1-26-2017 Newshound Guru Islandg1211 Allak and Shabibi both stated that they need security and stability, so that’s the date. It’s very reasonable to assume that the RV needs ISIS gone and a deal with the Kurds, that’s security and stability. Allak is saying exactly that, he is waiting for security from ISIS and also political stability. So, we don’t need to look for the RV before both of those things happen. Both events will be public. Hey CBI…wasn’t it about 4 years ago that Kuwait…on their bank spreadsheet… showed for about 48 hours…showed a rate for the IQD at 35 cents…and remember when everyone got excited and they called the CBI…and the CBI had to deny it? You have seen some dramatic events to that fact (regarding Mosul) in the last 72 hours. Did we not say that once we have Mosul, very quickly you’ll have the MR? – and I still stand by that. Now, last week they told us they have liberated Mosul. Turns out they were talking about liberation of certain pocket areas but not all of Mosul yet. 1-21-2017 Newshound Guru Breitling …There are 3 windows Iraq has been talking about. There are no specific dates or months. They’re simply watching the markets. There’s also reaction on how they are handling ISIS. Having said that, they have a plan if the civil war between the Sunni and the Shia continues…they are going to add value to the currency, so they have ways to get around that. In 2017 they specifically talked about 2 opportunities to raise the value of their currency. At what speed, at what point, at what time? They never really said. I simply don’t know but I do know windows are coming up. We passed one…that was back in November and that was based on how they were watching the markets…that point passed. If these two windows in 2017 are missed they are going to revalue anyways so it really doesn’t matter…I don’t know the exact dates I really don’t. If I was to calculate, probably the end of spring…That’s a guess and I rarely do that and that’s pushing it, it truly is. That does not mean they can’t revalue tomorrow by the way. Read more…

1-20-2017 Intel/Newshound Guru Mnt Goat …the RV is pending due to having the needed security and stability and this “security” is the needed stability the CBI keeps talking about is the liberalization of Mosul and this “stability” in getting the banking sector up and running along with fighting corruption and money laundering. They are doing this in amazing speed with new regulations and internal and international standards. I hope that by now you all realize this is the goal and the way to get the RV. So the FACT is at some point they need an international currency once in article 8…they have already promised to abide by all the articles and conditions. They also do not yet have a global currency from the sense necessary for what we want. The IMF is closely working with Iraq to get them to the place they need to be to meet all these conditions of article 8. This movement to article 8 is dynamic and ongoing. Read more…
