IN THE CASE OF IRAQ, I BELIEVE THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION WOULD LIKE A HIGHER CURRENCY VALUE FOR IRAQ SO THAT THE U.S. CAN ACHIEVE A BALANCED BUDGET. 2-24-2017 Intel Guru Frank26 The IMF doesn’t want them to float…but IMO…I think they are going to float. There is a compression of a lot of DEAL going on as the fat lady gets out of the way to show the liberation of Mosul. Once you have Mosul…you’ll see the reason for the negotiations…which you wouldn’t see happening with a program rate. The DEALS are across the board…creating fairness in trade and currencies. This is VERY historical. I like how Abadi told everyone at the meeting in Germany…“we’re open for business…come on in!” Germany did tell Abadi…“ok”…and they did…quickly. Abadi received today a German delegation…Merkel says they are there to help with the economic reforms. Didn’t take them long to show up. No country is in this for an 1186 program rate! Read more…

2-23-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 All is quiet, maybe a little too quiet…We had people in Iraq sending intel that the dollar was banned; we expected that, and good to hear it confirmed. Articles came out about that as well. Most of us know what that means, as one of the conditions favorable for Iraq to be sovereign, with a currency that is competitive to its neighbors. There are also rumors about Maliki being brought to justice, and reports of Rafidain Bank is now preparing its customers to accept deposits in dinar only, no longer in dollars – nationwide. They are the ones telling us when they were going to “start the project”… whatever “delay” Alak commented on – seems to drawing to a close…the delay – appears to be the handling of Mosul. 2-17-2017 Intel Guru Delta [The TRUE RATE should show up on the CBI website any day! That website…has been empty…the remittance of their auctions and the rate.] Yes…it’s been empty. The remittances are a wire-transfer. They used to have a manual form. In the past if I wanted to send you 1 million dollars…I would have to fill out this form…give it to the CBI…with 24 hour notice…etc. Now…because of IBAN…for the last 6-7 days…the CBI doesn’t have to do things manually anymore. All electronic. We’re just waiting for the NEW RATE. Saddam manipulated the numbers. …Dr. Shabibi…he said they that wanted to get around $2.80. 2-16-2017 Intel Guru Delta The CBI and the program rate…what is going on there? January 2017 the CBI…all of the sudden the program rate was taken off. January 2, 2017…when auctions started…the spreadsheet…the program rate 1184…and then January 12, 2017…we watched it…they had an auction…the numbers disappeared. …the program rate is gone…the spreadsheet…the indicative rate. Why is that significant? Articles from the CBI (long time ago) stated that they couldn’t have 2 rates in the same fiscal year. When the CBI and the GOI decide to come up with a TRUE RATE…that must happen in the beginning of their FISCAL YEAR…That should have been the 1st week in January 2017. It didn’t happen at that time for whatever reason. They agreed not to postpone. The meeting on January 17 to 19th with the IMF…everyone involved…everyone was there…and we believe that that date was a high possibility of them getting the green light to lift the value. Read more…

2-15-2017 Intel Guru Frank26 IMO…the UST put a ban on the USD inside of Iraq. That’s why it’s TIME’S UP! The USD is not to be used anymore for interior transactions…they are to use eDinars. IMO…all agencies have their hands off…everything is in the hands of Abadi and the CBI. It’s now time for Iraq to bring out the new rate…and I believe the time is now. We have never been to this phase before. Congratulations Iraq. Another 45,000 troops…not for Mosul…but to protect Iraq…POST MOSUL. Figure that one out! First time…we’ve ever seen this progress is ONLY waiting for the indicative rate…which has been missing for over 40 days now. Yes, Mr. Trump gave a beautiful speech about currencies…and value for value. The IMF recently that the US will pump-up the world’s economy. For the IMF to say that to the world…that is currency evolution. There is no rate on the UN Operational Rates chart. Yes, and that’s because there is no rate on Iraq’s spreadsheet. The IMF is the governing agency…tries to EQUALIZE world currencies. As you know, China is a currency manipulator. You saw what happened in Iraq with the MCP (multiple currency practice). 2-13-2017 Intel Guru Frank26 Time is up…We do not give you a date…we do not give you a rate. There is a period of 72 hours that would be given to Iraq and IMO the 72 hours is up. The 72 hours began when all of the agencies, the UN, IMF, WB were in agreement with Iraq…when all the work was complete…I believe they completed a lot of the steps of the Monetary Reform and the period of 72 hours is up, IMO. The 72 hours is a time to prepare in which Iraq would release a new rate and I believe that time is up. IMO, Iraq is being thrown off of a cliff like a baby eagle and we expect it to fly. I suspect it has something to do with what we are after – I just don’t know exactly what…plenty of folks saying it’s no big deal. (they would be wrong). the longest stretch I can remember in many years was 3 or 4 days. We are at 37 days and counting. P.S. I can recall nowhere the Iraqi constitution requires some rate change within 30 days of no posting (or any other combination of events ending in an RV). Read more…

One of them told me that they have these ATM machines…and the CBI wanted them to install the ATM machines. So they did…and he said that “we’ve got over 1,000 machines in the Northern region of Iraq…but they are NOT programmed yet for the new monetary platform that they are trying to establish. 2-8-2017 Intel Guru Frank26 In the last few days articles have been out about…the country’s National Reconciliation…if they are talking to you NOW about the National Reconciliation it is because it is very extremely important… IMO…the National Reconciliation Law is the end of everything… IMO the National Reconciliation is everything we are involved with as a study…the Economic Reform…to the Monetary Reform…to the budget…to the Qi Cards…the HCL…to the Security and Stability that will come…to Mosul…to me it is all wrapped up in the National Reconciliation Law…everything is encompassed in the National Reconciliation Law…it encompasses so many things and above all things…the Monetary Reform. IMO when you see the NRL we are going to be so close to seeing the Monetary Reform being announced. I believe this National Reconciliation Law as it is being put forward in Iraq is moving forward at the speed of light…because I believe they are kind of tied together with the results of Mosul because once we have Mosul everything inside of the NRL is going to travel at the speed of light…and of course the Monetary Reform is the number one thing. You really shouldn’t worry about those 30 days…or try to measure them…Why? Because…they had meetings that you didn’t know about until now. Why? This is a special case… Who is helping Iraq out with the monetary reform? The USA, UN, IMF, World Bank…but the USA is deeply involved in the MR of the IQD. The things that are going on…are NOT to fail! The 30 days may be ignored…So we’re making special arrangements with Iraq? Breaking rules and breaking laws?
