9-9-2018 Newshound Guru MilitiaMan Everyone…may have noticed on the BIS website that they quit reporting the Program Rate for the QRTR 1/2018 and QRTR 2/2018…A fresh pattern that shouldn’t be overlooked, imo. …also…they recently paid the COM (Council of Ministers) back pay to 01/01/2018 electronically, and it was mentioned specifically to and with the Kurds in mind that they don’t have to tell you any more going forward. It is to be a private matter between the citizens and the banks… Why? One might ask why would they the (BIS) quit reporting the program rate when the track record through QRTR 4/2017 was? 9-8-2018 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat …there is no indication as to how far they must go on this topic of corruption. This is one of the unknowns. But anyone with any common sense can clearly see that at least the GOI and Judiciary must help the CBI clean up this currency auction fraud and manipulation by arresting these individuals who run these phony banks. This recent switch from Us dollars to Euros for trade with Iran will be stopped shortly. This was a mistake by Iraq to do so. But there has to be a solution as Iraq needs the imports to survive and grow its economy. All we can do is sit, wait and watch it all play out. To me what makes the most sense is to reinstate the dinar and thus trade with the dinar. Some say they are using the dinar already in trade with the 1190 rate. This was of course not permissible under sanctions, but the sanctions are relieved and so why has the CBI not yet reinstated the currency? 9-6-2018 Newshound Guru Adam Montana Getting back to the basics of what makes Iraq a solid candidate for ReValuation, don’t forget that they are RICH with Black Gold… OIL. The world runs on that stuff, Iraq has a ton of it, which means they have intrinsic value that cannot be denied. The CBI has announced that they are also adding to their “other” Gold, to the tune of an additional 6.5 tons. I’ll save you the trouble of doing the math… 6.5 tons = 208,000 ounces. Gold is about $1200 per ounce right now, so that’s a value of $249,600,000. (Obviously a little less due to wholesale value, but it’s a lot of money!) I am no expert on the auctions be sure. But, the pattern we have witnessed from time back…shows a clear pattern change to that of the above. First…they did one…on a holy day… Not normal behavior, from what I recall. They are in line with talking about foreign currencies… But, the above imo is excluding the USD and in fact they are not talking physical currency for the most part, as the largest portion is in the form of remittances and credits the other is in foreign currencies, i.e., electronically. Well with sanctions being imposed on Iran using the dollar, we can see they are curtailing the ability for that to happen as Abadi has been clear on the matter. 8-31-2018 Intel Guru Bruce [via Pinkroses] …what is going on in Iraq…there is a super freighter…full of goods from China…They are waiting for the Bill of Lading…in conjunction of payment coming from newly revalued new Iraqi dinar at midnight…Friday night. The other thing we are hearing that the new Qi cards have been issued throughout the citizens of Iraq. Those will be activated on Tuesday. They will be available to be utilized and paid the oil revenues that are paid to the citizens, a certain percentage. I believe those payments will be available after those cards are activated which will be September 5th, Wednesday. …The 1st is…Saturday and we are hearing we supposed to wrap this thing up at the end of the month which is tomorrow [Friday]. 8-30-2018 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat …The new government is to begin on September 6th with the first session of parliament. …The news at this time could not get any better (except maybe telling us the RV is happening…lol …I can assure everyone without a shadow of a doubt that the RV is NOT going to occur until we hear some solid news from the CBI on this effort…Since April the CBI has told us they are putting the “project to delete the zeros” “on hold” until AFTER the elections. So on Sept 6th it will be officially AFTER the elections. But this does not mean the CBI is going to jump all of a sudden and trigger the RV. …They are NOT going to do this event without warning the citizens first and educating them on the new bills and coins. …I am told that this event will be huge and circulated through the entire Iraq and that we can’t miss the articles. 8-27-2018 Newshound Guru Kaperoni …Iran is pumping fake dinar into the market to lower the dinar exchange rate in hopes the CBI then pumps more dollars (which they can smuggle back to Iran). This is similar to what was done in 2013. None of the numbers in the media are official but the CBI does have to provide a sworn quarterly report that includes daily market rates to the IMF so they will eventually know. Starting over to meet compliance is something none of us want to see but may be a reality…The 2% spread is calculated by the IMF using the following formula Official Rate + commissions x .02 = 1214 or less. Massoum met with Abadi…then with Ameri…then with Faleh al-Fayadh (national security advisor to Abadi)…and at some point he met with Maliki…None of which means all that much. Massoum mainly has a direct hand in the timeline. He establishes the first meeting of Parliament which is a marker for the formation of the new GOI. It is a fixed rate by the Central Bank of Iraq…the definition of a managed float…is when you have millions of investors buying up or selling a currency and driving it up or down. The Iraqi dinar today is not even being traded on the international trading platforms. …Right now, the dinar is on a fixed program rate set by the CBI and the IMF in October of 2013 during the sanctions.
