9-30-2018 Intel Guru RayRen98 Saturday – A bank source reported rates on …The dinar…flashing from 3.71 up to 4.81 and then graying out. They expect final rates the first week of October if all continues as informed. Iraq TV reported an agreement from members of Parliament blacklisting anyone who participated in the Kurdistan referendum from holding the title of President and not inviting them to take part in Parliament. 9-29-2018 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat BANNING THE USE 3 ZERO NOTES? I “firmly” do NOT believe…they will stop taking these 3 zero notes (5,000, 10,000, 25,000 and 50,000) and will set a deadline for turning them in. This will NEVER occur since the CBI told these 3 zero notes will “coincide” with the smaller category notes for up to 10 years (or longer if needed). The goal of the CBI is simply to slowly let the economy drive the process and put the dependency on the use of smaller category notes and gradually introduce yet even smaller notes. But I will tell you there will come a point when they will have to reinstate the currency to the international global currency exchanges and trade the currency. This is mainly what we wait for. This is when we go to the banks. When this happens the rate will rise and the CBI will be forced to launch the other even small category notes. What that means is that for once we got Iraq agreed to do everything they need to do…and they just need to make their rate known internationally. Then the legal experts say this is against the specified timing requirement of the constitution. T​hen soon after this article pops out which is telling us they moved the voting of the president to Tuesday’s session [9-25-18]. On another front, a recent post attributed to [Guru] “Walkingstick” reads: “The lower denomination/s and or coin/s will be not put into circulation, arbitrarily… Prior, to the release …of any, bank note/s and or coin/s into circulation… Iraqis/ we will, read of … it will be in print … The when, why, exchange -rate, description/s, photos of…etc:” This makes perfect sense — that they will lay their cards on the table openly just prior to releasing the new lower denominations — in order for the project to remove the zeros to proceed forward. Without those explanations and examples, it could easily be very confusing to the citizens of Iraq. With the explanations and examples, it will be quite easily understood. 9-21-2018 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur […if the equation is and always has been GOI + HCL = RV then why did we not get the RV 6 months ago when they had it?] Because IMO, until we actually see documented proof that all the citizens in all the 19 provinces (especially Kurdistan and Basra) are being paid a percentage of the oil revenues, there has not been a full blown activated and, most importantly, IMPLEMENTED Hydro Carbon Law (HCL) in Iraq. It has been activated on and off for years, but IMO never fully implemented, the implementation (along with the new GOI) of which IMO will be a major trigger point for whatever we’ve been waiting on all these years. Why do I say this? …I am saying this now for two very important reasons: 1) Just as the CBI director himself just told us in the latest news media press release that there must be certain conditions to exist. Again BIG emphasis on STABILITY. BIG emphasis on the correct ENVIRONMENT; 2) the blast of economic and financial sanctions about to hit Iran in early November and spill over impact into Iraq. They use is it in many forms either; internally, externally, economically and or politically. The part that is clearly important for one to look (imo) at is the reference to economic shocks. …They clearly state that Iran and Turkey are not going to be a problem having sanctions on them presently, as they were apparently included in the analysis with the likes of FATF and 2018 GFR!!
