8-30-2013 Intel Guru TD I checked in with my contact concerning rumors of releasing of IQD internationally. He flat out rejected the rumor stating that as before discussed some very important laws need to be passed & some are in the process of revision. The CRITICAL HCL LAW he stated is one of those to be so and parliament is putting that off till next sessions.
8-30-2013 Intel Guru TD So although some reported that the IQD will go by itself due to “technical difficulties” launching the so called 190+ global reset at once also does not pass the test at least according to my source. It’s interesting though that some are finally on board with the idea of currencies going in stages or baskets is now the way to go. I still don’t see either scenarios as realistic possibilities. There’s simply no viable proof of any plan A, B , C, D or X.

But we will have to wait and see and all learn together. I tell everyone to “let the investment come to us” because I expect process to be very well advertised and not some secretive deal.
8-30-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Generally speaking, I could see someone holding back information if it was critical to the currency and or exchange rate since that kind of information would be considered “insider trading.” Keep in mind this is a countries (Iraq) currency were talking about and not play money (though it seems) so I would expect the CBI /IMF to be very protective of that information, therefore the people that may know something would have to be cautious.

I know there’s a lot of people that disagree, but I think the HCL is a very big deal. [the HCL should have happened by now. Do you have any insight as to why it hasn’t happened yet?] It took a good decade to get Chapter 7 done, and I think it would be foolish of us to think HCL can be done in weeks… it could be done tomorrow, but it might take another year or two.

8-29-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru Flashing The UN operational rates were updated and will become effective September 1. The iqd rate remains the same. 1170 dinars per dollar. There were slight changes in over 100 currencies. One of them was the dong. The dong increase in value by 28 dongs per dollar. It was changed from 21183 dongs per $1 to 21155 dongs per dollars. Stay positive…it should happen very soon based on the current economic developments.
8-29-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony I told you if the rate came out at $3.44 you could thank the world, remember (this means that the imf took control of the RV – Plan B). I told you if the rate came out in double digits you could thank the U.S. (this means that they finally followed through with the agreement). I am presently hearing as of the last 15min that plan A is still in motion. This is going to be a great weekend, one way or the other.

8-29-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat There is a timeline to get this RV international through the channels they are attempting now. I can assure you there is the utmost of urgency. There is also a plan B coming up soon that may take the $3.44 (or some starting rate a bit higher) international and just let got on a float. Personally I think they will pop it out at around $5.25. They are now thinking about doing this outside of the global reset. BS!
8-29-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat They have not yet set this date but I am told they are having a meeting this week to discuss all the options as to how they will progress further. They are planning one more final fully integration test all the way through today and if it is satisfactory they may let it go. This week they will make a decision to let it go or go to plan B and deal with the full global reset of 190+ currencies at a later date but not too far behind. It will still be urgent. BS!
