Fitch Ratings affirms rating on Iraq at “B-“

It announced the Fitch credit rating, on Tuesday, all categorized for Iraq at “B-“.

“Reuters” quoted by the agency for confirmation, “classified for Iraq at” B- “with a negative outlook.”

She added that “the fall in oil prices leads to significant deterioration in Iraq’s financial center.”

The Fitch international credit rating, one of the three major rating companies along with Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s, and was founded by John Knowles Fitch in 1913 in New York City.
