Deputy: All Of Al-Kazemi’s Recent Appointments Will Face Appeals To The Judiciary

The representative of the State of Law coalition, Muhammad Al-Ziyadi, confirmed, on Sunday, the appointments of Mustafa Al-Kazemi’s recent government, which will face an appeal before the judiciary.
Al-Ziyadi said in a statement to the “Information” agency, that “the caretaker government does not have the authority to make special appointments except for a financial allocation”, according to the interpretation of the Federal Court.
He added that “all recent appointments to the prime minister and other presidencies will face appeals before the Federal Court.”
He pointed out that “the caretaker government is not permitted to appoint people with special degrees or create administrative or other formations during the period of care.”
Earlier today, the Federal Supreme Court determined the tasks and powers of the business permit government headed by Mustafa Al-Kazemi, confirming the illegality of submitting any law or making any appointments during the period of conducting business.
