12-10-2013 Intel Guru BWM my contacts have said since sometime in September that if we didn’t see an RV by the first week of October they didn’t expect to see anything until at least the middle of December or probably the first quarter of 2014…we were waiting for at least two events to occur before we would be looking for the RV. 12-6-2013 Newshound Guru tlm724 he is saying the CBI “could” do it as they are linked already and will offer incentives to the banks to encourage them to “push” the new dinar…he is saying the dinar is nice and stable (within the 2 % threshold set by the IMF) and they have plenty of reserves to back the new currency. Also, the Kurds, the Iraqi Federal Government and Turkey have agreed on Oil being transferred through the pipeline from Kurdistan to Turkey for sale to the rest of the world. 11-26-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar The CBI had a feasibility study done in 2008. The purpose of this study was…to determine value. The results are…based on the exchange rate at the time they did very little from todays rate. They recommended that the CBI “open” their currency at 1.13 dinars to the US dollar which was based on the then rate. That was dropping three zeros as an event. The findings were that the CBI could support the dinar at that level. The also recommended that the CBI maintain and support that level for 3 years until the market accepted the new rate, and then let it float. Read more…

In concert now, all parties have agreed upon the implementation phase of currency reform to take place in 2014 as the new notes & coins will be introduced.
