1-24-2014 Newshound Guru Enorrste If they waited until 1 dinar equaled about $1 before issuing any new currency…then there would be 25000 dinar notes, worth close to $25000 a piece, floating around the country just prior to the issuance of the new currency. This does not seem practical, logical, or safe, to me. Of course it is theoretically possible that they could RV at $.86 to 1 dinar and then give, say, 30 days for people to turn in their large notes.

1-24-2014 Newshound Guru Enorrste On the other hand, if, as the IMF has recommended…the dinar is allowed to “gradually rise in value” over time, then the issuance of smaller denominated notes would occur gradually, with small ones coming out as the value rose. By no coersion, then, but rather by choice, people in Iraq would trade in their large notes for the smaller ones as the large notes became more and more valuable, thereby limiting their own security risk exposure.

1-24-2014 Newshound Guru Enorrste Finally…I have never found a single article from the CBI or the IMF that equates “delete the zeros” to the idea of “move the decimal point.” Instead, the statements overwhelmingly come out to mean “remove the large notes from circulation.”

1-24-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni the IIER…Iraqi Institute for Economic Reform…were commissioned to create a plan. An action plan was created…they wrote a report… The report, looks at the history of the dinar, the methods of monetary policy and then recommends a plan of action of sorts. So the reality is, this is the driving wheel but in the end, it comes down to the GOI, CBI, etc. implementing these recommendations etc.

1-24-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni the last one [recommendation] on the list: Can issue a new currency or deletion of zeros from the current currency to have a positive psychological effects on the local currency dealers. …the GOI, CBI is following these recommendations and…most if not all are done, a few remain. we can say with relative certainty that we are close to the last recommendation which is the currency reform.

1-24-2014 Intel Guru Dinar Wishes I was just asked if China having a New Year on Monday has any effect on the RV…. YES it does…the Chinese New Year is a holiday and they shut EVERYTHING DOWN during that holiday. Therefore, if the RV has not happened by then, we wont see it till after. The “RV PINGS” have to be answered so it happens everywhere and not just here and there. Also, it takes a long time because its not just the IQD, VND, or whatever else you hold… it’s 134 countries. It takes time.

I’M HEARING THE RATE WILL BE AROUND THE 19 – 23 DOLLAR RANGE ON THE IQD BUT I’M STAYING GROUNDED ON THE 8.16. THE DONG WILL COME OUT AT LEAST 2.22 IS THE RUMOR.

1-23-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Frank26 The CBI has now announced that they are READY…not preparing but anxiously willing and well prepared to start selling GOLD to the WORLD…It is another indication of the CBI supporting its currency through another source of revenue….We already know that they are going to start selling bonds through the CBI for the CBI. We also know since two summers ago that Iraq does not have veins of gold……..they have mountains of it….CBI can’t sell this gold until they are Article 8 compliant

Beyond what you can imagine……transcending astronomical figures that make no sense…The CBI is telegraphing to the world ….we have a lot of money.

They should be applauded and the AoP for all of the progress they have accomplished up to this point…Finally….just like the bonds…..just like the gold……they are announcing all of this now because they are ready to do it. They are not planning…..they are not projecting….they are ready to remove the auctions.

1-23-2014 Newshound Guru tlm724 “there is another problem facing the budget, an issue that the share of oil-producing provinces five dollars while the government has allocated one dollar for these provinces.” so those two things need to be worked out HCL and petro- dollars…like I said we WANT them to get this right ! It’s the ONLY way we will ever see the HCL enacted…it is so easy to just say Just do it, but there is so much more to this, it is not that easy, there are steps and legislation that support these decisions…

1-23-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 THE NEWS ON OUR DINAR INVESTMENT IS SOUNDING STRONGER AND WITH THE BANKING SUMMIT COMING ON THE 27TH COULD BE A GOOD DATE AND I WOULD SUSPECT THEY WILL TRY AND DO THE RV PRIOR IF THEY CAN GET AGREEMENTS IN PLACE BEFORE THE SUMMIT STARTS. AT LEAST THEY COULD AT THIS POINT MAKE IT HAPPEN AND LOOK GREAT TO THE WORLD BANKING INDUSTRY.

1-23-2014 PUMPER Guru Lots of info came out this morning that they don’t want you to know. It’s getting worse, they are trying to hide what they have done. We do have some good folks in the banking system looking out for us. The 800 #’s have been passed out to certain groups & they’re exchanging today. They are low balling them. 50 cents or $1 while trying to integrate them into the high rate groups so they can say they paid the public. The IMF & BIS made agreements, release 800 #’s to public.

Guru Critic, NO ONE IS EXCHANGING, There are no “#800 numbers” being issued to anyone, there is no need for them. I will say this, I would take 50 cents or a dollar in a heartbeat!! But that is not happening at this point in time.
