This is the best I’ve felt about the reinstatement of the Iraqi Dinar into the international community of global currencies in quite some time. The reinstatement of Iraq’s currency is imminent (1 day or 1 year…hearing by the end of April)… Iraq’s currency will be brought back in with the rest of the world and it will increase in value. Does this mean no rate until June of this year. ie. 90 days from date of publication.] Normally it can be done within 30 days. IMO, This law is good but not what has delayed the RV announcement. 3-16-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar Great Idea from the CBI…Control all the cash dinars in almost all the independent banks. Turn it into just another electronic number to be reduced on D-day by three zeros and require those same banks to either deposit with the CBI their cash dinars from this point on, on a regular basis either daily or weekly in order to participate in the auctions. What a great idea. Through this action they control both the dinars from those banks and also tie in the amount of profit a bank can make selling dollars (10 dinars per dollar) thereby inadvertently controlling the exchange rate. This is no accident. Do you all realize how important this move is to an RV? It completes the picture. The CBI now is in control of virtually all circulating dinars. 3-15-2014 Newshound Guru tlm724 …inflation is rising 1% every month which is really bad and this is happening on multiple levels, because of Iraq’s importing policy…their currency fluctuation is hurting the economy in a big way forcing them to use the dollar but because they use both currencies on a daily basis it is making things worse. we KNOW they have committed to using the dinar both in contracts and for foreign transactions so this just tells me they are boxed in with their current monetary policy which is a very good thing for us! the economy is crashing slowly each day IMO again forcing a move. 3-13-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG [Do you think thay can cover all the dinar in circulation without a lop?] If there is all this 80+ Trillion of three zero notes in circulation – why is the CBI having such a problem providing for the day-to-day liquidity needs of the Iraqs currency and banking market? Where is it all at? It is common knowledge the (based on articles and complaints by the Finance Committee, Economic Committee and private bankers) they are only supplying about 1/3 of what is needed. [some time ago it was said that you went to be so close to Kuwait as far as the value of the dinar…is that true then and is it still?] I still suspect once things move ahead you will see a “reality rate” near that range whether it starts there or not. 3-12-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG My comments to a recent TV spot on the Iraqi Dinar Investment… Is the Dinar a scam?? It cannot be – it is the currency of a country. Will it be a “windfall”?? No one can know for sure – Iraq has become a complicated mess….but I’m in it to find out. Do I agree with the “know it alls” (or know nothings) on the left claiming there is 80 (something) Trillion Dinar in circulation?? Absolutely not – the actual reported numbers on amounts in circulation are highly suspect. Truthfully, no one can know for sure. Do I agree with the “scambags” on the right – NO WAY!! They are in this to “scam” you and make out for themselves. BEWARE!! It confirms many things for our investment. The first is it confirms no lop, it confirms it will happen this year 2014, it confirms, they will change the exchange rate itself, it confirms a dinar is a dinar (every note will be good and every denomination will be good), it confirms both currencies will be in use until all the old notes are collected, it confirms this will be an RV and not a float by this statement (the process of deletion of zeros will be provided by the new currency) meaning the currency will be issued at the same time they delete the zeros. 3-5-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni they were 95% dependent on oil and that apparently was reduced to 94% as of late, yet they just increased output significantly to 3.4 mbpd. they have no chance of WTO accession. it was stated directly from the WTO last year 4 key issues with Iraq and the most significant one is that they would not qualify for WTO accession until they reduced the dependence on oil to below 80% I think and that was confirmed yesterday with a long article that came out that discusses those meetings with the WTO stating it would not be good for Iraq to proceed. it even said it would be at least 10 years before they are ready.
