12-12-2016 Intel/Newshound Guru Mnt Goat The liberation of Mosul is going according to plan…and Iraqi forces expect to have control of the city within the timeline set out by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, who has said he wants to see the city free of ISIS by the end of this year. Then we see yet more news from Ammar al – Hakim….he now heads up the National Alliance, of which the Dowa party if only a part of but the largest party. I believe he is keeping Maliki at bay. So this week he said that “national reconciliation project is a strategic plan chosen to bring Iraqis under one umbrella.” I believe the timing of this article in not coincidental and it is because the completion of Mosul liberation is imminent and they told us they want to target the rollout of the national reconciliation project with this event. They have told us they plan to implement this project following the liberation of Mosul. …all this news is almost unbelievable as we watch and wait each day. 12-8-2016 Intel Guru Frank26 Somebody called me…yesterday…they said…“are you sure that the IMF is demanding that Iraq raise the value of their currency, in order for them to get the 2nd loan?” I said “yes.” I believe they are about ready to get their loan…which means they are about ready to raise the value…IMO. Article quote: “The remaining funds will be disbursed contingent on certain performance criteria consistent with the program’s objectives to reform Iraq’s financial and economic policy.” In order to get the 634 Million Dollar loan…the funds are CONTINGENT …to the reform of Iraq’s financial policies. What are those? To raise the value of their currency. What else? They must remove the RESTRICTIONS of the CURRENCY EXCHANGE…The program rate is a restriction. Article quote: “… it will SIGNAL that the currency can be freely exchanged…” This is impressive!!! …it is CONTINGENT…this loan… for the IMF…to see that the MR has to improve and there is so much evidence all over the place. It is WOW news. …they are telling us the currency auctions {by the CBI} will end and be replaced by a separate bank that will handle international currencies. I quote from the article above – “to set up a new bank for trade finance” and “the trade must be regulated by the government, but without restriction”. …So what other currencies would they be so worried about in dealing with foreign remittences. Why would they need a separate bank just for this effort if they did not expect to be conducting trade with many other countries and converting many currencies of these countries? …The part about “without restriction” says it all. This means a free flow of monies during trade. Yes – this is needed if they are going to get out of their “closed” economy and open up an unrestricted trade with international countries. 11-28-2016 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG Article: “Iraq receives four billion dinars as a loan from the World Bank next month” When I saw this one – my first thought was… 1) That is great… the WB pitching in (even if it IS only 4 million USD) means they are HEADED towards international “re-integration”… via IMF oversight and my second thought was…2) 4 million USD doesn’t seem like much (or less) – unless of course… it’s NOT REALLY 4 million? they quoted this number in Dinar (which they would – since it is in Arabic vernacular)…but that number may not be “exactly static”…Who knows what 4 Billion Dinar is worth then? 4 million doesn’t do much in the way of “reconstruction”… That article says Dinar… another one says USD… My point…it’s probably NOT 4 Billion Dinar at it’s current value. 11-25-2016 Intel/Newshound Guru Mnt Goat …from the fall of 2015 (when they told us they were officially postponing the project to delete the zeros until early 2017) that there were only 2 articles telling us to wait until early 2017…information once again reminding us that it was coming, but not yet. Then in November 2016 alone an explosion of articles as we have seen nine (9) articles so far in this month alone out of over a year of waiting. Something is going on here. So I recently jumped on the phone and talked to my CBI contact. What was I told? I was told that YES they are now going forward with the project to delete the zeros. The CBI even told us last week that they are now proceeding once again with the “project to delete the zeros”…this is exactly the news we must hear and await to hear. Now we have it….WOW! …I know for a FACT that within Iraq, the news channels talked about the CBI declaring that they have begun the “project to delete the zeros” once again. I was told this too by my CBI contact over a year ago that this “project to delete the zeros” and its process and progress is what we should be concentrating on mostly. …Iraq also needs to get the banking and financial reforms in place to support the project.
