Al-Toubi added, “The retirement contributions were the subject of controversy within the committee regarding the employees who were recently confirmed, as if they wanted to calculate their actual service, they had to pay the retirement contributions, which are 7% for the employee and 15% for the department, but in fact, the employee is the one who pays it.” The entirety, so there was controversy because we want to pay it to the employee for five years.”

Al-Toubi continued, “This paragraph may be reconsidered, and in all cases it will be presented to parliament for a vote, and it may be rejected,” stressing that “there are amendments to the general budget that have been received from the Council of Ministers, but so far they have not been presented to the committee.”
