A specific date for the referendum on the independence of Kurdistan province

After the meeting of the President of the Kurdistan Region, Massoud Barzani, with the parties and the parties of the Kurdish leaders, on Wednesday, it was agreed to set the date of the referendum on independence in the Kurdistan Region on 25 September this year.
It was also agreed to hold parliamentary elections as well as regional presidency elections on 11/06/2017.
It was decided during the meeting , the formation of three committees on the referendum and headed by regional president Massoud Barzani, where the First Committee will visit Arab countries to discuss the referendum process in the Kurdistan Region, and the formation of a second committee to visit regional countries, forming a third and final committee to visit the Iraqi capital Baghdad on to discuss the referendum process in the Kurdistan Region .
