The leader of the Coordination Framework, Issam Shaker, confirmed today, Tuesday, that the American agenda of perversion will not see the light in Iraq.
Shaker said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “The tweet of the American ambassador in Baghdad about amending the Personal Status Law is a blatant interference in the beliefs of Iraqis and their faith in the paths of organizing society. It falls within the attempts to shuffle the cards and support paths that do not want amendments for known reasons.”
He added, “The personal status amendments witnessed a huge amount of slander and lies, including the marriage of minors and others,” stressing that “what the American embassy wants is an agenda to transfer homosexuality to Iraqi society, and this will not happen through pressure to enact laws that lead society to deviance.”
He pointed out that “the personal status amendments will go ahead because they will address complex problems and the tweet of the American ambassador has no effect, especially since everyone knows the intentions of their country and what it is doing through an agenda to destroy the foundations of social structures.”
It is noteworthy that the tweet of the American ambassador has provoked the discontent of a wide range of elites in Iraq because it represents blatant interference in the country’s affairs.
