Independent politician Aid Al-Hilali stressed, on Tuesday, the need for the State Administration Coalition to find solutions to the current political crises, and to determine its position on Trump if he reaches the US presidency again.
Al-Hilali told Al-Maalouma Agency, “The State Administration Coalition received many messages from political parties with the aim of arranging and consolidating the internal house, especially since there are problems in Diyala and Kirkuk and the crisis of the parliament presidency and the upcoming elections in the region, which require taking quick steps to end the current crises in the political process.”
He added, “The US elections are approaching and the state administration coalition and political parties must take their position if Trump comes to power again, especially since this person is convicted of crimes inside Iraq and an arrest warrant has been issued against him by the Iraqi judiciary.”
He explained that “Trump is an undesirable person, and therefore the political blocs and the country’s ruling coalition are required to determine their position and next steps towards this person, or any other person who wins the elections.”
