The legal expert said in a press statement, that “the law must be sent to the Presidency of the Republic for approval.” The president of the republic has no right to return the law to the parliament. ”
Harb indicated that “no party can appeal the borrowing law because the Federal Court has an incomplete quorum and cannot convene to consider appeals.”
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives approved in a session held yesterday morning, Wednesday, and continued at dawn today, Thursday, the law of financing the financial deficit after the withdrawal of the representatives of the Kurdish blocs to reject the mechanism for determining the share of the Kurdistan region.
The law will allow the government to borrow to secure salaries and necessary expenses until the end of the year.
