5-19-2016 Intel Guru Frank26 years ago when we bought the IQD it was like buying a stock…you buy the stock from a company called Iraq…and the dividend is called the lifting of the 000’s…it was the equivalent back then of what the IMF, the WB, the BIS are all doing for Iraq today. Loans have to be paid properly…you and I invested…we were their initial loan…years ago…we have funded them…along with the charity that many countries have given them…but that was the RI state…They now enter the RV state…on an international basis…the first time for Iraq to actually pay their own bills now…because of this action…

5-19-2016 Intel Guru Frank26 …yes we will get our dividend when they raise the value…of our initial investment…that is soon to be paid to us…but Iraq has a lot of bills to pay besides us…we got there first with the Executive Order…and they got this far with all of our free money…but many horses are in the gates right now in position…and that was the RI of the Monetary Reform…it cannot help them in the RV…They have to go and pay the world…us…and they have to add value in order to accomplish this…and the explosion of the IQD in the international world that is what will take the IQD to greater heights…and far away from a program rate.

Recent bombings in Baghdad…?] The Iraqi government is just barely functioning, but they are going through a massive restructuring and the simple fact that they are making progress is a HUGE testament to their ability to forge through this tough time! Maliki will always get a few minutes here and there… but he’s not making any difference, he is no longer at the steering wheel, and I don’t worry about him. Baghdad… bombs…Nothing new.

5-18-2016 Intel Guru Delta …we see big negotiations that are going on with Iraq and the IMF…and it is very clear that for Iraq to be assisted right now that is what they are doing…they are being assisted by being shown the way…and with regard to the loans…and the bonds will soon be with an increase in value…and the IMF says do these few things and we will guide you and help you…guess what…the evidence is there to show they are doing it…the evidence says they are meeting daily…sometimes multiple meetings per day. The CBI site went off today for about 9 hours…now I don’t want you to get overly excited…but I will tell you this…the CBI website seems to be shutting down a lot lately…we don’t know why…DELTA only looks for one thing.

5-18-2016 Intel Guru Frank26 Dr. Shabibi is not in Iraq…and he is not in Jordan…he’s in Switzerland…he lives there…and if you think the counting machines that are coming from Switzerland is a coincidence…it is not… No we do not think Dr. Shabibi is going to come back as the governor of the CBI…but he sure is coming back to make speech…he’s going to tell you…whoever the governor of the CBI will be…he will be good…he will be smart…Dr. Shabibi is getting too old…too fragile and he is getting worse. Allak is the acting governor by proxy. IMO…Allak should remain as governor of the CBI and Dr. Shabibi should come back and present that speech to make such a claim. But I think you are going to see the math first…I think you are going to see some things first…that Dr. Shabibi wants to talk about. The contract that you see by the IMF with Iraq will come to an end at the end of May…and maybe we will see more things around that time…
