4-16-2015 Intel Guru Delta The rate of the Iraqi dinars has to increase to .85 or .86 cents and at the same time they should introduce the 50 dinar. About a week ago…one leak came out of a Kurdistan newspaper and someone said that they saw the 50 dinar note is ready for distribution. And they looked at it, and said that it had the Kurdish language on it. We all know that there is a lot going on behind closed doors. They are ready to do that and the second question is are they going to wait until they basically collect all of the [old] 50’s which are due to expire by the end of the month? It’s possible that they might do that but they might not because…you hardly see 50 dinar notes inside of Iraq. They might wait a week or 10 day before they pull the trigger. …based on all of this information…it looks like the 50 dinar note is ready and could come out at any time BUT…they cannot introduce it without changing the rate first. Reports are that they expect to see the rate change at any moment!

4-16-2015 Intel Guru Frank26 You all ask for a date/rate…the CBI website shows you the spread calculations of .85 …no more “sucker bet” … to about a $1.27 at the very highest $1.35. What’s the date? Well…they finished collecting the 3 zeros and you see they are now working on the opposite end of the spectrum …7 coins…the 50… they work with the lower denoms under the 50. They’ve give the citizens until April 30th to turn in their old 50’s before they’re null and void! Wow!

4-16-2015 KING of RUMORS Guru Security was a big issue over the last 48 hours, proving to the banks and oil companies that they are stable enough and have plans in place to protect the oil, etc. We know they are waiting for the announcement of the RV. …they are excited about seeing something in the next two days, about a currency change… On Monday, we were told the banks should be exchanging on Thursday, and in Baghdad they are saying over the next few days. It could go as long as the weekend.

4-16-2015 RUMOR Guru In Iraq, they are saying that there are many television mantras like “in the next few days, the completion of the economic reform will conclude”, the “economic crisis will be finished in the coming days”, and also “be prepared for the finality of the economic reform.” There is restricted communication between various places, because of things CBI is preparing for. Everything is ready there. In the mosques, they are still saying “it’s coming, it’s coming – it’s for real this time!” PM Abadi…had extremely successful meetings with the President and VP… Abadi is now meeting with bankers in the US and Europe, at the IMF and the World Bank. [Guru] XXXX and I believe that it is unlikely that they will do the RI/RV while he is out of country. There is also a very strong argument in favor of Abadi being out of country for security reasons while this goes through…although my money is still on his being in-country.

4-16-2015 RUMOR Guru Now, Iraq has asked the US, IMF, UN and World Bank for money – why? Won’t they be swimming in money? Because they pull the trigger, that doesn’t mean that they will have unlimited amount to spend immediately. There is a deficit in the 2015 budget when it comes to fighting ISIL. The money they are talking about is almost all about fighting ISIL and related groups. So they are asking for cash and also weapons systems so that they can keep fighting. Regardless of the RV, they have to fight ISIL and that is not part of their budget. Iraq doesn’t have lots of spare cash. It’s not like CBI can open its doors and invite the government to spend what it likes. So part of this is about timing, part is about ISIL, part is about having a backup plan, and also about keeping everyone on edge about when this is going through. Right now, everything is fine and they plan to roll this out.

They are being guided by professional organizations, like the IMF, World Bank, and others..they are not going backwards, sideways, or some other direction. It is Iraq, and it will happen on their timeline, not yours.

Also, shed some light on Malaki…why hasn’t he been arrested yet? How much influence does he have?] HCL is Agreed, not Law – so we’re still waiting on that. Maliki – I’m not concerned with him. If he’s to be arrested, it will happen eventually. I don’t see him as an influential figure in the value of the Dinar. If anything, since his political strength is waning, he would want to see it RV ASAP so he can benefit just like us.

What is your opinion on this?] The CBI is a masterful manipulator of the currency, it’s value, and the amount in circulation. The auctions are a major part of their M.O. in controlling the situation, and they will never let on to their full plan. I don’t watch the auctions as an indicator to the future. …I focus on the fundamentals – progress, stability, intent. As long as those things stay positive, I’m content to let the CBI do their job.
