Announced the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Barzani, today (Tuesday), at a joint press conference with Iraqi Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, a deal between Baghdad and Kurdistan to solve the problems of budget and export of oil.
Barzani said that the atmosphere of the talks ‘was positive and good masters desire to address the problems.’

And the details of the agreement, he said, ‘We will send 250 thousand barrels of crude oil production of the Kurdistan region and 300 thousand barrels of Kirkuk to Baghdad, and so we will support oil exports, and the Iraqi government will send 17 per cent of the budget for the Kurdistan region’.
Barzani pointed out that the Iraqi government, and also in accordance with the agreement, the amount will send a trillion and 200 billion Iraqi dinars to support the Kurdish peshmerga forces, as part of the Iraqi defense budget.
He stressed that the current agreement also ‘not final’, adding ‘there are other things we will talk about, but this is a good beginning to resolve the outstanding problems’.
He said ‘I’m happy to deal happening, it is a good achievement for both parties and means that we have come a good stage’. He pointed out that ‘Abadi desire to reach an agreement also encouraged’.
The Kurdish source had said, that the delegations of the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Iraqi government have reached a solution to the problem of the export of oil and the share of Kurdistan of Iraq’s state budget.
The source, who preferred anonymity, said the two sides reached an agreement on Monday evening following a meeting of all Iraqi Prime Minister participated in it, Haider al-Abadi, the prime minister of the Kurdistan region, Barzani.
The official spokesman for the Kurdistan Regional Government, has announced the site for the government on Monday, the two sides have yet to achieve their progress.

Baghdad wants to compensate for the decline in world oil prices by ensuring out additional quantities of Kirkuk and Kurdistan’s oil to world markets. According to the agreement, the Iraqi exports will rise after the addition of 550 thousand barrels of production from Kirkuk and Kurdistan.
The source added that the agreement also includes the contribution of the Government of Iraq part of the war waged by Kurdish peshmerga forces budget. And starts the application of the new agreement in the next year.
There are many outstanding issues of contention between the two parties remained unresolved, but the circumstances of the war imposed upon them to agree on two pressing issues which oil exports and budget.
