12-4-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru Randy Koonce the rate will be above a dollar for sure but could be at my original rate, I do know the countries are screaming for the higher rate… This is the IMF Call and what Iraq and the IMF agreed upon… THERE WILL BE NO FLOAT… IF SOMEONE SAYS THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT… WHEN IT COMES OUT IT WILL BE SOLID FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AND WHEN I SAY SOLID IT WILL NOT MOVE AT ALL… AFTER 6 MONTH IT CAN MOVE TO A MANAGED FLOAT. If you hear of a deadline on the currency then who will care because I am exchanging it. I am very hopeful at this time.

12-3-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat From what was just told me I believe that we could see this prior to the morning hours of 12/4 in USA and it will go live activation in banks at that time. The 800#s will then be rolled out soon after and the exchanges could begin as early as tomorrow afternoon if not late in the morning of tomorrow. One word of caution – No one should know the date or rate. Neither do I, but I am staying positive that this is done tonight or early tomorrow from what I was just told.

DON’T GET ME WRONG, WOULD BE GREAT AND I FEEL THAT THEY CAN AFFORD THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY. BUT IS IT GOING TO? I DON’T THINK SO. I HAVE HEARD A LOT OF GREAT THINGS SINCE LAST WED THAT THIS WAS ALL DONE AGAIN AND THAT THESE CODES WERE GOING TO BE LOADED AT ANY TIME.
Guru Critic, Iv’e said it before and will say it again, there is no way in hell that those rates will stand, mark my words. After a few months pass and there is no $36 dollar “RV”, remember who stated the facts.
