White Block suggests televised debate between Maliki, Allawi and Barzani
White bloc demanded to hold a televised debate between Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and President of the Iraqi List, Iyad Allawi and President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, to clarify the political crisis in front of the Iraqi street.
The MP said the bloc Ahmed Orabi: We demand to hold a televised debate between Maliki and Allawi and Barzani to inform the street on what is going on in the political arena of errors and remove the confusion for those positions and causing the current crisis to hit the country.
He said: This requirement is the demand of a civilized and democratic society we see and we are seeing in all countries of the developed world, and the complexity of where such a debate as a kind of transparency between the people and political elite in order to ward off any suspicions about any issue and judge people on who is the cause of this problem or that the crisis.
