War: Passing the budget and the Federal Court in one basket is a disaster

Today, Sunday, legal expert Tariq Harb considered that the agreement to pass the Federal Court Law and link it to the country’s general budget “is a disaster whose effects cannot be avoided, especially since every law has its provisions.”
Harb said in a statement to “Tigris”, “The linkage of passing the Federal Court Law with approval of the Budget Law is currently taking place in the corridors of the House of Representatives,” indicating that merely talking about this matter is a constitutional violation .
He added, “The law states that every legislation has its own provisions, and if the provisions are similar, then they can be linked, but the two laws are completely different . ”
Harb pointed out that ” passing the laws of the Federal Court or the budget according to political deals, or as it is called with one basket, is a disaster whose effects cannot be avoided at the economic, political or judicial level . ”
It is noteworthy that the Presidency of the House of Representatives and after talking about passing the budget on Monday, said in a statement issued yesterday that Monday’s session will be devoted to the Federal Court Law, excluding the budget law.
