US Treasury: New sanctions against entities and oil tankers linked to Iran

The U.S. Treasury Department on Wednesday imposed new sanctions on 10 companies and eight oil tankers linked to Iran, in an effort to prevent Tehran from using the Strait of Hormuz to bolster its economy.
The US Treasury Department stated that its Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued sanctions against:
Billion Nexus International Limited (also known as Billion Nexus International Limited), in Hong Kong, China.
Branch of Saying International Trading Limited, Trust Company Complex, Ajlataki Island, Marshall Islands.
Confident Apex Limited (also known as Confident Apex Limited), in Hong Kong, China.
Hormuz Seif Maritime Services Authority (also known as Hormuz Seif), in Bandar Abbas, Hormozgan Province, Iran; is subject to secondary sanctions.
Marinova Shipping Limited, Hong Kong, China.
Nevada Spirit Limited (also known as Nevada Spirit Limited), in Hong Kong, China.
Ocean Tranquility Limited, Credit Companies Complex, Agletak Island, Marshall Islands.
The Persian Gulf Marine Insurance Company, in Iran, is subject to secondary sanctions.
Chi Hang Ship Management Limited, Hong Kong, China.
Fast Mighty Limited, Ajlataki Island, Marshall Islands.
According to the ministry, the following vessels have been added to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions list:
The crude oil tanker Al-Salmi, flag unknown; it previously flew the flag of Panama.
The crude oil tanker Breeze flies the flag of Barbados.
The crude oil tanker Crystal flies the flag of Vanuatu.
A crude oil tanker flying the flag of Mozambique; it previously flew the flag of Panama.
A crude oil tanker flying the flag of Barbados.
The crude oil tanker Nirita flies the flag of Vanuatu.
The chemical tanker Will Seal flies the Marshall Islands flag.
The crude oil tanker Yehob flies the flag of Barbados.
