The Ministry of Trade announced that the General Company for Car Trade has signed a preliminary agreement with the Iraqi Al-Mansour Automobile Company to supply Chevrolet cars to Iraq.
The general manager of the company, Bassem Naeem Al-Aqili, said in a statement to the ministry that the Euphrates News Agency received a copy of it, that “after negotiations that lasted for more than a year between the General Company for Trade in Cars and Machinery and the Iraqi Al-Mansour Company, the exclusive agent of the American General Motors Company, the two sides signed the agreement to supply Chevrolet cars to Iraq”.
He pointed out that he signed the preliminary agreement on behalf of his company, while the preliminary agreement was signed by the Iraqi Al-Mansour Company, its authorized director Ziad Al-Rifai, in a ceremony held at the company’s headquarters, stressing at the same time that “this agreement coincides with the opening of the General Company for Cars and Machinery Trading to deal with international companies.” Producer and marketer of cars with discreet origins and known internationally, in order to serve the Iraqi citizen to provide the best products that our company is a pioneer in its field of work in the Iraqi market.
