Baghdad, March 6 (Rn) – A legal adviser to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said Tuesday that the budget in 2012 will not be discussed again at the Council of Ministers. The Ministry of Planning has said earlier that the budget in 2012 will be discussed in the cabinet again to reduce payment on credit of $ 27 billion to $ 18 billion. said Fadhil Mohammed Jawad, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that “the Council of Ministers has not been raised today in its weekly meeting a budget and decided to send its observations on the budget to the Federal Court.” and added that “the meeting of the Iraqi Council of Ministers agreed not to put a budget again in meetings and rely on the response of the Federal Court over the objections of some paragraphs of the budget. ” The Iraqi government announced that it had decided to go to the Federal Court to resolve the paragraphs of the budget that is not the prerogative of the House of Representatives to make changes on them.
