For his part, “the Speaker of the Council stressed the increase in efforts to implement the laws referred to the parliamentary committees, directing to know the position of each committee on the laws referred to it in the upcoming sessions to proceed with the legislative procedures.”

The council concluded, “reading a report and discussing a proposal to amend the law of Samarra, the capital of Iraq for Islamic culture, submitted by the Culture, Tourism and Antiquities Committee.”

For his part, Bashir Al-Haddad instructed the “Economy and Investment Committee to host the Minister of Trade as soon as possible to discuss the issue of the ration card, in addition to the call to provide job opportunities for young people and to educate them to work without relying on foreign workers and to expedite the payment of salaries of federal government employees working in the Kurdistan region.”
