Despite working on the electronic payment method and applying it in Iraq a period of time ago, it did not do it on a large scale and did not achieve its goals as required and benefit from it on a large scale. Rather, it was a limited experience practiced by some Iraqis who own a lot of money… The Iraqi government must implement this The procedure for Iraqi citizens is to provide other facilities, including the possibility of allowing employees and retirees to withdraw their salaries through the electronic card in dollars and at the official rate instead of withdrawing in Iraqi dinars, and thus controlling the local markets and the greed of merchants in the conflicting price of the dollar and limiting its continuous rise that exhausted all citizens, and in the event Localizing and securing the salaries of employees and retirees directly through the electronic cards granted to them. Effort will be saved by not reaching the exchange shops to receive their salaries as is currently in force and collecting the large commissions that the shop owner unjustly charges, and that these stepsIt is currently in force in all countries of the world, and it is settling and depositing the salaries of employees and retirees in electronic cards, which are paid monthly without delay or problems. And the phone, rent, the Internet, etc., and even the ability to shop from anywhere via the electronic card is very safe and easy.

In this regard, we find an opportunity to emphasize the possibility of increasing the salaries of old Iraqi retirees, and despite the Prime Minister’s assurances in his periodic meetings of the Council of Ministers that the government curriculum includes attention to the poor, those covered by social protection, retirees, and those with limited income, but the retirees have not had their salaries increased so far, and there is a difference in time. In its place, and everyone knows that the current salaries are very low and did not encourage retirees to use the electronic card in withdrawals and deposits, because this salary is not sufficient to meet the daily needs, so we call on Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani to increase the salaries of the old retirees, just like their new peers, and give them the opportunity to use the electronic card and work On this new culture that the Iraqi government is seeking in banking and banking transactions in the future.
