The representative of the coordination framework, Muhammad Al-Shammari, confirmed, on Wednesday, the imminence of the official announcement of the National Consistency Alliance, consisting of 130 deputies, indicating that the stability will remain the largest Shiite bloc in Parliament, and it is the right to form a government.
Al-Shammari said in a press statement, “The coordinating framework was formed by most of the Shiite political forces, and it was not a political alliance, and given the coherence of its political forces, it was agreed to transform the framework into an official alliance under the dome of Parliament, under the name of national stability,” likely “to announce it officially at the earliest time.”
He added, “The forces of the new alliance constitute the most numerous bloc within the Shiite component, and therefore it is his right, as the political custom has been, to distribute the three presidencies among the ethnic and sectarian components. National stability is more deserving of naming the prime minister.”
The representative of the State of Law coalition, Thaer al-Kitab, revealed to “Information”, that the constancy coalition, which will be officially announced in the next few days, will include about 130 deputies, from various blocs, components and spectra.
