They said they changed it and then sent it to the Council of Ministers for the review. Then it is to be sent to the House for a vote…It should be going for a vote any time. Last year’s total budget amounted to 197 billion dinars, which is the largest in the country’s history.” Take note that they used 197 Billion Dinars.
