It maybe not have been too small of an issue, but it was an issue that needed to be settled, straightened out before the Green Light could be given. …My understanding it will be ironed out tonight [Tuesday], over night tonight. …Tomorrow is the 4th of July. We are expecting an announcement tomorrow [Wednesday]. …We don’t know for sure what it will be or what the subject will be about. …We have a little window tomorrow. …I do believe we are in a great period of waiting for this to come through for us. World Market Place means ‘outside of Iraq’, thus you are NOT in Iraq. And until the rate changes on FOREX (with a significant increase) and the banks are willing to exchange it for us – it makes no difference to you or I what is going on inside of Iraq. Politically how can Sadr possibly announce that Abadi is going to be the next PM before the recount with voters looking at this as a rigged election? It has been a rollercoaster ride even for me, because I had some information that indicated a certain couple days it looked like we were going. We had time and days. It did not happen. We had reason to believe that we were there and everything was complete, but it wasn’t. …What happened yesterday evening? We had 3 different conference calls that were meetings in New York. One was HSBC, one for Wells Fargo-separate one, and one for the US Treasury.
