6-24-2013 Newshound Guru Fresh Kuwait is basically shouting for Iraq’s full release from Chapter 7 because all debts are paid…all that I’ve read is that it’s been 100% paid. in my opinion…we could all stand to make a very significant amount of money at any moment and also it could be in surges – for example overnight a $1 USD to $1 dinar equivalent and then it dramatically surges upward from there over the days that follow…whenever the market gets wind of something new that is “hot” they tend to buy into it prematurely and quickly and the value of that equity, etc can get inflated…meaning let’s say $3.33 is the target rate for example. They could float the rate out below that and the market could actually drive it up well over $4 and the “buzz” can feed that move higher. Read more…

I am sure he had it in his mind to take control of these funds himself for his evil agendas. There have been no public value or numbers disclosed regarding the amounts of these funds – it is likely a STAGGERING number. This oil revenue has been accumulating for almost 2 decades. This puts the CBI in a much different category – notice how the mention is made to use this money to “ restore the sovereignty of the country’s money.”… NICE!!

Just for your information this visit has been postponed over and over again since December…why because this is the one that settles any single difference between both countries and makes possible the release of ch 7 and of course the rv. 6-11-2013 Guru Critic, I want to add that I met Dan aka SWFloridaGuy in Chicago just a few months ago, this comes as a complete shock to me as he was in great health, far to young, with no apparent medical issues, he will indeed be missed…Gods speed Dan, RIP. 6-8-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG Report: “World Bank Iraq Trust Fund Banking Sector Reform Project” note…it outlines June 2013 as the END of this program. Meaning the Banking Sector reform Project is projected to be COMPLETE this month. I’m not so certain they don’t do the currency this month just because of that. That’s the end of the program. They have to come up with something to make the currency work.

6-8-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG There is a lot of pressure being applied in different places to get this done. If I line all the political stuff up with what is going on financially it all makes sense. What I’m hearing from a couple of very well placed sources is there is no guarantee they will actually get this done but there is a real sense of urgency on the part of the GOI. 6-7-2013 Newshound Guru American Contractor Article: “Secret Procedures for recovery of the dinar against the dollar” The Iraq Central bank has imposed new rules on the Iraq Banking sector in regards to hard currency and the Iraq dinar. Each Iraqi citizen is limited to how much Iraq dinar they can exchange for hard currency. The limit per person is $5000 USD. They have to show their Iraqi passport & then they can make their transaction. But, most Iraqi’s don’t have a passport. The Central Bank is now encouraging the black market to prosper. 6-4-2013 Newshound Kaperoni The whole buy oil for $32 or $36 a barrel is a myth. I have yet to see a document that states such. That is not going to happen and they won’t use dinar either. For one thing, Iraq’s 2013 -$118 billion (138 trillion dinar) budget was based on $90 a barrel and they are hoping for higher prices to make it work. IMO, The plan will have dinar held as a reserve currency throughout the world in central banks. Eventually, over a period of time (as Saleh stated “a long time”), some of that may get re-invested back into Iraq, in construction, tourism (hotels), agriculture, manufacturing, etc. Read more…
