8-9-2013 Newshound Guru Doc We have been a little quite lately for two reasons. First we reported two months ago nothing significant would happen during Ramadan and true to form it has not. Secondly there has been a few articles we wanted to confirm with private sources as to their legitimacy… Before we get to this we first must dismiss the fantasy rumors such as cards loaded, waiting for banks to release it, all is done, global reset, budget at $3.40+ and in country RV. There is not one public creditable confirmation of any of this including our private sources in and around Iraq.<– TRUE!!
8-9-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar Article: “Mehma Khalil called Central Bank currency structure project” Quote: “The CBI had said in August that it planned to delete the zeros of the Iraqi dinar” This is the second time it is mentioned. The first was a guy on the finance committee and now Mehma Khalil again tells us also that the CBI said they were going to delete the zeros in August.
8-9-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar That is two different guys who should be in the know stating the same thing that this will happen this month. The finance guy went also so far as to say that the CBI told him that they would also release the smalls. We know that is an impossibility at the current exchange rate. So what they both are insinuating is August will bring a big change to the currency. They both say that this information came from the CBI and this info comes on the heels of the one on one meetings Turki just had with all these guys over the last two weeks.
8-9-2013 Intel Guru Footforward People have been wanting to know about Talabani. Talabani has been dead since April. The political situation in Iraq has nothing to do with us. They are not out of Chapter 7. They have not made payments to Kuwait and cannot until after the RV. Chapter 7 is irrelevant, we do not care about Chapter 7. Also, the political situation in Iraq is of no consequence to us. The leadership that is there was put in place to hold the fort down until the RV happens. Shabibi is still very much in play at the CBI.

8-9-2013 Intel Guru Footforward There was never an in country RV in Kuwait as some say. It is impossible to have an in country RV, 100% impossible. The smart cards have been in use for years. They have been loaded with US dollars. They haven’t used dinars & won’t use dinars until it actually RV’s. The majority of people are still using cash. The smart cards don’t matter. They don’t have anything to do with the RV. They will take 1 US dollar and exchange it for 1 Iraqi dinar. Why? Because it will be easy. This was decided a long time ago. The RV will happen suddenly. It will be live, international & the longest it will take is 15 minutes, if that, everywhere, instantaneously all at once. The same everywhere.

8-8-2013 Intel Guru TD As U probably know I had a concern of terrorist tragedy being a cause of delay and although yes there was a horrible bombing yesterday in Iraq I was told today by my source that “basically nothing…will deter things at this point”. It’s that far along and there’s no stopping things now. He also said that “there’s no way we will let the bad guys win out at this stage”. “Iraq WILL take it’s rightful place in the world stage”

8-8-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat So why have we not seen the new rate at the bank as of yet? First of all we are still in that 10+ day window. Will it take the entire 10 days. I don’t know but I am told we should not expect to see the rate live until after 10 days at least and that makes August 10 our best date to begin to have a real possibility. Today and yesterday and the day before your [U.S.] government is exchanging trillions of Iraq dinar for USD with the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) for part of the USD that they are recovering from their citizens….this is the aftermath of the removing the zeros project. <–BS!!
8-8-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat This is the plan being implemented behind the scenes…The USA gets it dollars back and Iraq gets de-dollarized. Why did the CBI suddenly go over 80 billion in foreign currency reserves? Its the holding of the USD (the money recovered from the citizens) and they are now exchanging it for the IQD held by the USA. Its a huge shuffle game. We should all expect some weird stuff in the global markets in the coming days. It won’t be much longer. The USA government “cash in” is almost completed, Iraq nearly has completed its remove the zeros project and the CBI desperately needs to suck on our 3 zeros notes ASAP. In reality the phase II of delete the 3 zeros project has already begun. Hurray ! We just have to wait our turn.<–BULLS**T!!!

Today a guy called from over there and said they are still enjoying their blessing, people are happy, markets are full. Not sure why we are not receiving ours yet. This morning we got a copy of the actual Qi card they are using over there throughout the country that is loaded with a rate of $3.44. Banks called their people in again. They are ready, system is running and just waiting for the announcement. Looking for it today/tomorrow everything is done so it should be any time.<–BULLS**T!!

If you read my last post earlier this week you would now know that the remove the zeros project is well underway and moving along. Iraq has done an in country RV and it has gone international (only as far as the technical aspects go, not yet publicly international i.e bank is holding and no FOREX posting). ^^^BULLSH*T!!^^^
8-8-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat It is now going on its 8th day of retrieving the final 3 zeros notes from the in country circulation and replacing them with the newer bills of smaller denomination or credits to the bank accounts. I am still waiting to see the new coins issued. I have not heard about this as of yet but that does not mean that it did not happen. It is not a huge event but they are keeping it quite. Normally there are articles that come out for such an event. Anyone see any? They are in very good shape.

So true Guru Doc, The cards are nothing more than a payment system in Iraq they have nothing to do with RV whatsoever. Anyone telling you different is full of BS. How do I know simple if what there all saying is true! NOT! and iraqis can use these new found wealth cards in country and internationally Don’t you think they would be hopping on planes coming over here and buy western goods. You bet they would in a heartbeat and we would all know about it. There couldn’t be any media blackout that could stop such happenings.
