Quote: “In turn, justified the Governor of the Central Bank, according to the statement in response to queries from members of the committee not to implement the project to delete the zeros because it Aigll of paper the size of likely benefit to export more to reduce the number of categories in advance…” it is huge news…it is a quote direct from Ali al-Allaq’s mouth…Ali al-Allaq is the CBI gov…it does not get any better. here is the correct translation…”From his side the governor of the central bank explained to the members of the monetary committee why the central bank is not implementing the deletion of zeros right now because it does not lessen the quantity of banknotes preferring the larger banknotes to reduce the number!” …it is just great news! …we know they want to reduce the physical note count from 4 billion to 1 billion and Allaq says he is not doing the deletion of zeros because that does not reduce the count. Only a lop reduces the value, but not the count…so he is saying clearly…we are not going to LOP…because that does not reduce the note count. that is rock solid proof that the dinar will not LOP because it is direct from Allaq’s lips. For example, you have people in Baghdad who have relatives in Kurdistan. When they try to send money to their relatives…the money transfer companies are protecting the dinars and NOT sending the dinar, but sending [US] dollars. 4-9-2015 Intel Guru Delta Basically every day in Iraq they have a FINANCIAL NEWS [segment] that is broadcast at 5pm Iraqi time. That segment is “LIVE” for about 12 hours, and…you’ve all seen the article…the Financial Committee and Abadi are meeting with the CBI. The reporter was saying that he had an interview with the Financial Committee but before he did that he did an introduction. The way that he [the reporter] said it was…it was EXPECTED for the Iraqi Dinar value to reach pretty close to a dollar within two weeks. This is a legitimate TV station — sponsored by funds allocated from the budget. For a reporter on Iraqi TV to say that is incredible. We have a team who is watching that TV news channel all the time. This is something we’ve been watching for a long time. The most amount of notes they had was about 9 billion notes that represented 30 Trillion Dinar…1 note has 25,000 thousand dinar in it…a 25K note. They are reducing the note count…the wealth that’s represented by that note get’s crunched up into small and smaller amount of notes…that’s where the wealth is always going to come from. It always works like this…Right now the US is adding currency to it’s economy so the value of the dollar is going down. 4-1-2015 Newshound Guru Adam Montana So, what’s the hold up on the change in rate?! Let’s start with the stability of the rate. This is one of the key factors to the CBI actually having the ability to raise it in the first place. Throughout the last dozen years, the CBI has proven beyond a doubt that they are capable of supporting whatever rate they set. Their track record is impeccable, and when they decide to raise the value of the Iraqi Dinar, there is not one power on earth that will successfully challenge their right and ability to do so. Next we have the stability of the country that owns the currency. With the recently changed leadership in Iraq, we have witnessed an amazing spurt of progress. Under Abadi’s leadership, Iraq was sprinting forward at a pace we had not seen in over 10 years! And then, suddenly…silence. It’s been my opinion over the last couple months that the HCL is the numero uno factor in raising the rate. We haven’t heard much on the HCL in the past month or so, and interestingly (or accordingly) we also haven’t heard much about the “0’s” or an increase in the “strength”of the dinar. Coincidence? How is possible that all of these important people are there in Iraq…if Iraq is still in a war-torn condition and dealing with “security?” Securing Iraq really started back in 2014 when the GOI and the CBI became one. Have you seen the CBI talk to you since Abadi and the governor of the CBI got together? That was a major meeting for the MR (Monetary Reform) of the IQD. Have you seen any word from the CBI since that meeting? It’s been over a week. No word yet they still meet. They are still meeting. Today…actually late last night…the GOI (finance minister) comes out and says “hey, we’ve already used 30% of the budget”. Of course they’ve used up 30% of the budget…we’re nearly ending the 1st quarter of 2015. You saw payments that were sent to the Kurdistan region. So…the Kurd’s millitary is the only ones who got paid? That is correct. Can we see the rest of the budget now? No. Why? …because in our opinion they only have 2-3 trillion dinars left. That’s it. More currency reserves, a sizable amount of gold, more production, more oil reserves, less dinar, and less debt. The makings of a better stew. Had it come out in 2010 as Shabibi wanted, it would have to have increased 3x…in order to reach its potential today, hardly likely with ISIS around.
