11-27-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana [ANY good news on hcl?] No HCL yet, but I believe it’s going to happen any day now. [ you said…you thought the HCL would happen by the end of the month. Do you still believe this will happen?] I can’t stake my reputation on it, but I will say this – it’s a MAJOR possibility. It’s moving! I don’t have any concrete evidence that it will happen tomorrow or tonight or yesterday, but look at how Chapter 7 unfolded. When that was done, it took EVERYONE by surprise. To be real, let’s look at the big picture. Here is the no B.S. honest to God Truth: this could drag on for years. Don’t bet your rent or mortgage money on Iraq. 11-14-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Baghdad and Erbil agree to convert $ 500 million of the province and the latter puts 150 000 barrels at the disposal of the Federal Government” This was the agreement today to at least throw a bone to each other until a permanent agreement can be put in writing and signed in Baghdad…this will go a long way towards mending the relationship and will help as far as getting critical laws passed in the near future once they are put on the agenda in parliament. 7-24-2014 Newshound Guru Stryker After a long day in Parliament Iraq has a new President and his name is Fuad Masum, a well respected Kurd with the vision of a National Non Sectarian Unity for Iraq. Article Quote: “the constitutional period to choose a prime minister is 15 days after the selection of the president.” 15 Days Now To See A New Prime Minister…Now the Speaker of the House of Representatives calls on the new elected President to announce the largest bloc and for them to assign their nominee for Prime Minister. Parliament will reconvene on the 5th of August to vote in a new Prime Minister. We are now down to days and not months, when we see a new government formed completely that will implement many changes in Iraq. 7-23-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana Forward motion on the budget, which says to me that in spite of the issues with ISIS and lack of a chosen PM, Iraq is still moving in the right direction. One of the questions I’m getting a LOT is “Do they even have to ever pick a new PM?!” I guess they don’t have to make any kind of decision, but they are moving forward with the process and it’s on pace to be done around the end of the month, which is also right in line with end of Ramadan.
To further address the issue of moving forward in picking a PM, forming government, and just general progress – Ban Ki-moon (United Nations Secretary General) will be in Baghdad tomorrow. While we obviously don’t have an RV yet, the big picture remains one of progress and resilience. As we approach the end of Ramadan and we continue to see positive action in Parliament/GOI/etc, I continue to stay hopeful that we’re on the edge of something big, and soon. Read more…

5-11-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday there is a major ISX conference coming up on May 14th and 15th…they are marketing and also informing all about the ISX… for investors to have access to the isx — they have to be internationally recognized and also they have to be compliant with global trade laws and regulations — the isx in order to be hooked to the global stock markets has to be set with a reality rate due to the pairing with all international currencies that will occur for the figures for trade on the market and off — they have to have a reality rate to enter the world stock markets. 5-5-2014 Newshound Guru Shredd [Shredd how does a country grow the gdp last year to around 13% and still have a rate at 1166?] that is the nature of a managed float, it’s not reflective of what the rate can and should be…it’s all about timing to CBI. [does that mean they can…keep the rate at 1166 for a long time?] they have to mitigate counterfeiting, ensure banking laws are in place, launch the removal of the large notes, release the mid and (eventually) the smalls, they need to be fully compliant with the IMF…technically, sure but it’s quite obvious they have been building and planning otherwise…if the plan was to stay at 1166 for a while longer, the CBI would be releasing new 000 notes but tons of articles are saying the middle notes. 3-30-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Randy Koonce One of the things to go over is that fact that the IMF and UN have not been very forceful in making Iraq complete the things they agree upon…After such the IMF in the urgency to get this RV done was to give Maliki more concessions, which creates a spoiled kid effect which Maliki does not need more of. If anyone thinks the RV is not going to happen they need to sell out, I on the other hand will not sell even if it took 5 more years because the currency that you hold will one day go back to its value it has maintained for a long time in the 70s. 3-28-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Based on all the information (articles, IMF, etc) it is apparent they are going to “raise zeros” by a gradual appreciation (IMF Article IV consultation – which is a float) of the currency and then “delete zeros” which is the implementation of the Law if Indebitness. As for what they say on TV, they usually refer to it either as a “reevaluation” or “reevaluate of the dinar”. Last week we saw someone refer to it as…”the zeros deletion project” and “restructuring the currency.” IMO, all of which support that this is a process rather than a single event. Read more…

It confirms many things for our investment. The first is it confirms no lop, it confirms it will happen this year 2014, it confirms, they will change the exchange rate itself, it confirms a dinar is a dinar (every note will be good and every denomination will be good), it confirms both currencies will be in use until all the old notes are collected, it confirms this will be an RV and not a float by this statement (the process of deletion of zeros will be provided by the new currency) meaning the currency will be issued at the same time they delete the zeros.
