Today, Saturday, an Iraqi political source revealed that there are political dialogues to postpone the Iraqi elections again to 2022.
The source said, “The elections may be postponed again due to many circumstances, including the economic situation, the incomplete preparations for them, as well as the existence of a political desire to hold them next year.”
He added, “The proposed date for the new postponement will be in April of 2022.”
It was supposed to hold early elections on the sixth of next June, but the Iraqi government postponed it to the tenth of next October.
