said the representative of the Secretary – General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jan Kubis, the Secretary – General of the United Nations , Antonio Guterres , “The results of the war against terrorism in Iraq is very impressive.”
A statement by the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs Agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it, that “Foreign Minister Ibrahim al – Jaafari, discussed with Kubis political process and security developments and the efforts of the war against terrorist Daesh gangs, and support the UN report for Iraq.”
He praised al – Jaafari , according to the statement ” the efforts made by the United Nations in support of Iraq and the provision of humanitarian assistance to displaced families, calling on the United Nations and humanitarian organizations and friendly countries to do more support for Iraq and providing various assistance to the Iraqi people and the reconstruction of the infrastructure of the liberated areas.”
He stressed that ” the Iraqis have achieved great victories resulted in the liberation of the left side of the city of Mosul , and will continue until the liberation of all their heroism Iraqi territory.”
For his part, the representative of the Secretary – General of the United Nations in Iraq , “continued United Nations support for Iraq in its war against terrorist Daesh gangs,” he said , adding , “stressed the United Nations meetings and the Security Council in New York that the Iraqis bleed blood to liberate their land from the grip of terrorism and with the help of the international coalition, and that war against terrorists Daesh require further support by the countries of the world to Iraq. ”
Kubis said that “Iraq is on the right path through the Iraqi government ‘s efforts to fight terrorism and protect the lives of civilians and the development of the economic sector and development.”
He added that ” the Secretary – General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres stressed the need for further efforts to support Iraq and build infrastructure and to achieve sustainable development and ensure security and stability of Iraq , ” adding that ” the Secretary – General of the United Nations is the outcome of the war against terrorism in Iraq is very impressive and hopes to lead to free all Iraqi territory, and the United Nations has a political and humanitarian obligations towards Iraq and working alongside the Iraqi government and local governments in the Iraqi provinces to provide assistance in various fields. ”
